Has anyone been examined by a parent?

Due to the type of community, that community's odd culture, and the religion of the culture I actually never saw a true doctor or nurse until after I moved away at 18 years old. I would however be regurlarly examined. My father was dead so many times it was my mother, for a short while my mother's cousin (Michelle) examined me but that stopped at a point and from that point on it was either my mother or whatever caretaker or babysitter or nanny was around. It could be a teen girl from the neighborhood who would sometimes be tasked with watching me anyways and Michelle had, previous to my 'check up' given her an education on how to properly perform an exam on me. Sometimes it was an older housewife from the community who my mother or Michelle was already friends with and trusted in enough to adequately accomplish what they had requested.

Could you maybe elaborate on how thorough the exams were and maybe tell about the differences between the various different persons who examined you? I would suppose they all had their own preferences and specific ways of doing things.

Well I have been examined by my mother and so has my sister. Not examined as in with speculums etc. Only for ticks. We grew up on a lake and if one of us found a tick or the dog had one we all got examined. Mom would look in our hair, in our arm pits, between our butt cheeks and spread our labias.

The babysitter girl was about 9 years older maybe 8. She was fun in ways because of her innocence, one of the things about her as she was by the most not taking no for an answer from men examiner i remember and while the others all shared that same type of stubborness but she was so intent on penis in vagina sex with me i remember her, after asking countless times, then trying every trick in the book to manipulate me into intercourse with her.

The best way I could describe them is they were kind of a thing such as all natural complete body detoxification sessions. That was one thing that was a common theme throughout and Michelle was the driving force behind the idea. She convinced my mother that such a complete cleansing for me was absolutely necessary at the absolute minimum of biannually but really it will ideally be quite more frequent than that and indeed it was especially once she got her like minded friends aware of my 'potential' and how I was a 'truly special specimen of the male species.

She trained the girl then young woman who had been simply my babysitter before with such exactness and specificity that Meghan now was able to conduct these with mastery and went beyond simply deep cleansing in to areas highly regarded by Michelle to such a degree that it sometimes seemed they were actually mother and daughter. Michelle while really pushing the all natural detoxification aspect as a primary reason for necessity suddenly became even more zealous about not even problem areas of my health but more accurately the potential problem areas of my health.

Once Meghan started to become a competent and more practitioner and subscriber of this aspect coincided with when Michelle ceased in performing any exam or treatment of me herself and she also brought in Karen, a late 40s years old wife, to assist with their dedicated efforts.. Karen while not exactly deviating from the philosophy certainly approached her care of me in her own personally unique and womanly way and her and I went on to develop a very special relationship with one another. Without continuing to ramble much longer the best compressed way to describe Karen's approach wad that it was more closely in line with traditional western medicine than Meghan and Michelle's although they all agreed in regards to what was best for me much much more than they ever disagreed.

Does complete body detoxification mean that we should thinking of practices like perhaps fasting, enemas/colonics, maybe even seminal milking ... ? Or was it something else altogether?

Yes to most of everything as you said however my knowledge is provincial so please bear with me here.... My diet was adjusted and limited when a scheduled exam was coming up, sometimes up to a week beforehand and essentially would consist of liquids and blended fruits and vegetables.

My colon certainly cleansed during all exams as this was particularly important to Michelle and also then my mother as well...If seminal milking is the same or similar to prostate stimulation then yes certainly that as well as i remember Michelle saying on more than one occasion that all of these efforts would be in vein without that component, which was always the very last element of every exam...And along with those things I would be required to drink great amounts of waters and other liquids before and during the exams so the examiner could watch me urinate on more than one occasion and depending on the examiner, she (meaning the examiner) would insist on helping me urinate herself.

There were also adhesive pads or sometimes oils or balms or creams applied in specific areas identified as potential problem areas also the involving specific cleasing manual manipulations of that area by the examiner. Also baths and steam room treatments were required and the baths were involving specific ingredients

Closed, tightly controlled communal groups often adhere to odd ideas and practices. That is probably why the leaders and founders of such groups found them in the first place: to put their own, usually unorthodox ideas or preferences, (sexual) quirks and other oddities into practice and see them all supposedly validated.

Gilles isn't preaching any of these things, only describing how he was treated, forced or manipulated into being 'examined' and treated by people who used those treatments as a sort of substitute for sexual activities that were otherwise banned from the group.

In remote areas of the Australian outback the mother is usually the defacto doctor for the family, supported by a doctor on the end of the radio. Sending for the Flying Doctor is a serious business, and a night call is dangerous and only undertaken in life threatening emergencies. From the time I was 9 or 10 till I left to go to college when I was 18 I was constantly being examined by either my mother or step-dad and sometimes my Aunt and Uncle.

Any time they wanted I had to drop my pants and undies. They would inspect my undies for skid marks, then inspect my rosebud hole to make sure it was clean and check the front of my undies for yellow stains.

If skid marks were found, then I would have a finger go into my bottom to see if I was impacted. I would also get a rectal temperature taken and then an enema and after all that a spanking so I would remember not to let that happen again.

It was so embarrassing as I got into my teen's. Specially when my Mom and Aunt did it. and it was still embarrassing even when my step-dad and uncle did it.

My dad examined me when I hurt myself from various activities or got poison ivy or a rash down there and I did not mind at all because it was better than going to a strange doctor. He also checked for ticks and other insect bites because I often played in the woods. I never had a mother so he also had to teach me the facts, including the functions of the penis and vagina, menstruation, and douching. I never felt embarrassed with anything. He also stressed the dangers of getting too involved with boys.

My mom was a nurse so when ever I felt sick she'd look at the back of my throat and look at my eyes for sign of fever (then usually take my tempature.) if something hurt or wasn't right any complains given to her was met with an exam of the area and questioning of any other symptoms.

I have been examined a lot by my uncle with whom I lived since I was 5 (my parents died in a car accident). I had a tight foreskin problem and after a doc friend of his ordered daily massages with oil to get the skin more elastic and prevent a circumcision, he did daily inspections and "foreskin exercises". I think your mother's attempts to ensure your health and proper development were very responsible. However, if performed in front of another family member, boys can sometimes feel embarrassed about their mother's routine checks. How did you feel about your sister's presence during those checks?

It was 1987, and i was in France.

I'm not sure if this really counts but I do recall having something called "the scotch tape test" done at home by my parents.

Essentially late night/ early morning using sticky tape it was applied to bottom and removed to look for worms or their eggs (gross) which I didn't have but I had complained of itchiness below and I guess mom consulted the health book and got the idea.

Just yesterday I was examined by dad, My sister was filming a project for her media A level and asked me if I would be in it. I agreed but she wanted me to ad lib and so didn't give me a script. As we started filing she told me to just go and knock on the bedroom door. There was a sign on it saying exam room.I knocked not knowing what to expect. My dad said come in. As I walked in he was sat at the desk wearing a shirt and tie. He also had a stethoscope draped around his neck. He sat me down asked me a few questions and then examined me. He first looked into my eyes, mouth and ears with a penlight then said he needed to have a listen to my chest with the stethoscope. He listened to my heart first then my back. He concluded the exam by having me lie down and tested my reflexes and felt my stomach. A weird experience to say the least.
