It seems this is quite normal for some cultures, according the instructions of DR.suchitra in her blog:
“A guide to teenagers parents” - A mothers role.

What an incredibly odd article. Here's just a few quotes that had me wondering if I had read correctly:
"They have a scarce attitude towards sexual life as if it is something to be ashamed of. When they grow up with such an attitude they tend to develop a subconscient inhibition to it, thereby in future they will suppress their body from accepting sex. NEarly 90 % infertility in men is caused by this. "
Which seems to be saying that if males are psychologically repressed or ashamed of having sex, they will ultimately become infertile ... ???

And here's another odd thought that had me cringing inside:
"mastubation relaxes a male from becoming violent. Teenagers tend to get more aggressive when lacking adequate mastubation..."

And this statement:
"A male teenager will not like to discuss his sexuality with anyone, but it has been found that they will share it with only a female when probed. "
_____________
And some very odd statements about circumcision and penile growth. Her idea about an uncircumcised penis:
"This condition ,if left untreated will lead to shorter penis and painful intercourse."
Meaning that uncircumcised penises are arrested in their normal growth unless circumcised ...???

I can't judge if this is a serious article or a justification for mothers/sons with incestuous feelings to indulge in their longings or a semi-serious compilation of medical knowledge and folk traditions ...
It was fun to read though. Thanks for the link ...
