Missoopsey's diaper training.
I'm starting on a 2 week adventure in self control, I wouldn't set sail alone I have a few trusted members of my crew. I trusted my Fiber and bottom training to MrLars, mental training is headed by MrHero, most of the babying coming from MissMommy, and the ever present MrSir who has supported my goals since very early in my journey, with out him I might have been driven off by the wolves.

bottom training- dilating with plugs working up from my smaller tunnel plug (the ultimate goal) and working up to my larger one that is just thicker than a coke can (The Truth (because you can't handle the truth)) I was made to sit on them for hours and some time to sleep with them in. When the tunnel plug is in, it holds you open, after about 2 months my colon had adapted to it new shape and the thickness of the plug. I've trained myself not to clench and I often wonder if I could if I wanted to. I haven't tried in about 2 months.
Bladder training- started when I was 12, and a doctor told me to stop bed wetting I Had to hold it til I couldn't anymore and even when I was going to clench that muscle and to it constantly. With in a month I didn't wet the bed any more. After reading the 12 month guide... I started with the untraining of that little clench you get when you finish peeing. I had to make a decision... would I miss it? I do miss that little involuntary tingle sometimes but I also enjoy the feeling that came along with untraining it. I still story to hold that muscle open after finishing until the tingle drains my energy. This has been a serious question in my life would I be ok with actually being incontinent. I think the answer is no, but I do find myself curious about temporary incontinence.
Alarm Training- Every 15 minutes an alarm goes off... every 15 minutes I have to try to pee, if I can't comply I drink at least 4 ounces of water. This keeps my bladder from ever feeling full, the longer it sits and empties it becomes tighter, the goal in two weeks is to see how the bladder is effected and if it makes for temporary diaper dependence.
Mental Training- I had made several Audio recordings, Robotic type voices that became my mantra. I made
videos with small clips and flashing words and phrases. Those helped me through the stage in my development where I couldn't be in a diaper after orgasming. You're free to contact me privately for more information.
Fiber training- I've agreed to a regimen of MetaMucil, finding out how it interacts and then increasing the dosage.

Hard Limits - Do not take demands from strangers,
No suppositories or enemas (nothing that will disrupt body chemistry)
Nothing that will harm my physical or Mental state.
