I'm a little curious here. Im a post-op trans woman, and in order for me to be able to have my GRS, I needed two referral letters from two different therapists/psychologists, next to the dollar bills.
Finding a surgeon to do GRS without referral letters is close to impossible.
Not sure about an orchiectomy, but still I would think you need to have a medical necessity, before one performs this or a GRS surgery.
My endocrinologist won't even consider "man" to go on hormones, only for breast growth, unless they are diagnosed with Gender dysphoria.
Again, in not against surgery just for "fun", but do realize that once your testes are gone, so is your labido, and sperm obviously.
Orgasms are a delight, different yes, but fantastic, as long as the surgeon does a good job.

Oh I forget to mention, you will also loose your strength, muscle mass, on average 30%
