i always felt and wanted to be female. A penis is over rated and i wished it was gone.

If you go through castration your penis will shrink and become useless without the need for removal, there are Dominants of both sexes that have castrated some of their slaves using different methods.

I had a full orchiectomy 6 years ago. While it definitely increased the affect of my HRT, it does have several unattractive side effects. The one that you will not like is that your sex drive leaves you completely. When your testosterone producers are gone, your energy drains easily. My testosterone level is 20x lower than the average cis woman at my age. If it drops too low, I have to take testosterone pills.

As far as the good side, you will definitely look and feel much less masculine!

@KelliRoxxx next to estradiol injections i also take oral progesterone pills. It's not clinically proven, but i do believe it helps me in getting some, not much, sex drive back.

Not a good idea and you could not even sing in the castratti choir as you are doing it at too old of an age. They used to do this to young boys so they would’ve able to sing in a higher range forever!
