I think I have mentioned this many times before, but the last year I have taken enemas every day or so. It can happend I am loosing a day from time to time, but my intention is every day. I use 5-6 quarts (5 liters) all the times. Normaly only one time with clean water, but it can happend I do it again 2 or 3 times in a serie, if I am horny enough. I start all days with this good thing, before breakfast. Some days I can do it again later in the same day too, when I am really horny.I am sure the high frequens gives me more surplus. I feel wonderfull at the moment. 70 years in january.Some years ago I took enemas every second day, or 3 times a week, but this high frequens, is much better.

I would do a series of enemas every day if I had the time. I usually do at one large long series of enemas on the weekend. I don't have a privacy problem. When I fill myself, my wife could care less. I have just returned to Greece and after a long and boring flight from JFK to Athens via Dusseldorf, I was exhausted. I get a large volume enema once a week weather I need it or not. When I say large I mean I try to take 6 quarts. I have a colon tube 26 inches and I take all 26 inches up my ass with a fill of at least 3 quarts. 😃 Some times I use the douche nozzle but I never use the rectal nozzle it is not large enough to stay in my ass. 😃 I want to find a super thick nozzle that does not break the bank. I do several enema sessions each month. One enema is never enough so I do a couple of soap enemas and then at least oneplain water to help rinse out the excess soap.
I believe that once a week is sufficient and it adds 7 days of anticipation and something to look forward to. By the time Friday (that's my play day) rolls around it's time to get out the tool kit and take myself over the top. If I were single and living by myself, I'd probably do at least one good enema a week. But since neither conditions exist, I tend to give myself a good enema maybe once every 3 to 4 weeks, late at night when the wife is asleep. I take a 2 to 3 quart enema just about every other day. Been doing it for years. Sometimes, I'll hang the bag 5 feet above me if I want a fast rush hitting my prostate (if I'm lucky).
