How often do you take an enema?

Every other day, consisting of two 2qt s/s followed by two 2qt salt & soda. Still do'in good at 81.

I take several 2qt. enemas about once a week. I really like the feelings that I get during a third or fourth enema. They go in so quickly and the eruptive evacuations.

Unfortunately, I rarely get to engage in enema sessions. It is a secret indulgence so I can only do it when I have a great deal of certain free time from the family. Makes me envious of all of you who have partners with high (and adventurous) sex drives! :-)

When I was in college I did one a month and that was just to deal with PMS. Afterward I starting doing two per month and did so for many years. I've just gone through menopause which means no more periods and no more PMS, but I've continued with the enemas. For one, it's a habit now, but the other is that I just enjoy one.

I am with Emom on this one. These days it is more of a habit than anything else. But a very pleasurable habit. I average a couple a week.

For example - today was a slow day at work so I told the boss I was taking off early. I didn't say why. But I have time for about two good ones before my husband gets home.

Usually 2 to 3 enemas a week. I use a shower shot each morning to clean myself out just a little. Then in the afternoon if I want more, I use the shower shot to fill myself up and clean out. Then I fill my enema bags and fill myself with as much as I can get in. Usually 4 quarts, sometimes 5 quarts.

I would love to have a large enema each morning to start the day. This weekend I will try that. I want to see how that feels for a couple of days.

During most of my adult life, I'd sneak one a week to help me "get off". Since my colon cancer surgery, it's2-3 /week to keep my life manageable. It's a small price to pay for beating cancer and my spouse knows it is necessary and even reminds me to do a flush.

Generally 2-3 a week but if I'm in the mood to pleasure myself further, I'll have a session of three or more to really clean me out and experience mind blowing orgasms.

I take them as needed, and often when they are not, i just like the feel of the warm water as it flows deep inside of me, and I admit a get a little thrill watching that fat full blue bag deflating to a nice flat empty blue bag. Usually at least once a week, if I am having a particularly stressfully week, I may take one daily, I find a nice warm enema to be pleasurable and stress relieving.

I will usually take a sreies of three enemas about every other week but sometimes a little more often.

I find that, start to finish, it takes me the better part of an hour for each enema--two enemas, two hours; three enemas, three hours. Of course, I allow about fifteen minutes for my four quart bag to empty and then retain it for a while. My impression is that many do only two quarts in less than five minutes and do not retain it very long, so they have a faster cycle time, which would make a difference. I have so many other things to do that I do not often have the time needed for enemas. How do these so many times a day or a week people find the time to do it?

My schedule allows me to reserve the same morning each week for an enema session. So, most Tuesday mornings, after everyone leaves the house, I have a date with the bag!

Sometimes its once a week. Sometimes its every day depending on my moods.

I take an enema--either 2 qts coffee or 2 to 3 qts soapsuds pretty much daily. There are periods of as much as a week when I might not because of my active schedule and in that period I have never experienced any kind of enema dependency. (other than the desire, when time permits for it's relaxation and stress reducing effects)

Since my wife passed in 2010 I am solo and in addition to so many other things miss her enemas very very much. She made sure I didn't go without an enema for any period of time' "get upstairs and put your enema belt on" and I knew what was coming--just not when.

This site keeps me from feeling too lonely about it!

Hi - new to the forum, but hardly new to enemas. Almost daily for me. I like to be clean all the time I guess.

I take enemas a few times a week. Sometimes alone, other times they are given to me by my husband.

I have a series of enemas two times a week. More often when I feel stressed, slightly sick or suffer from menstrual cramps.

I take once a week or twice a month

Probably on average of once every 3 to 4 weeks. I'm stricctly solo because the wife isn't into enemas at all, and I have to find the appropriate time when I'm in the mood and she's either gone (away from the house) or asleep. Did four 2-qt enemas last evening because I had the house to myself, and I knew she would be gone for about 3 to 4 hours. Excellent session!

I try and give one to myself probably on the average of once a week. It depends entirely on my schedule and my mood.

I take 1 enema every week....a very soapy enema... mostly 1 liter...

After that I'll give it a good plane water clean out. ....

Most times at least twice a week, sometimes I will go a few months with out one, although I masterbate thinking of having an enema given to me at least once a day, then there are times when I will take up to six enemas a day, it just depends on where I am at that time in my life.

Well, I don't have a set schedule, sundays are a certainty and any other time I can get one in, I like doing a series 2 to 4 at a time.
