It depends on what you want. If you want a crampy enema, do it on a full colon. If you want an intense enema, use about a pint of two of molasses and 2 pints of milk so your enema is about two quarts.
Hi there well this morning i decided to try a m@m enema wow what a very effective enema in more ways than one hehe ill have to start using these more often for punishing bad girls when needed i however will be sure not to eve rget one if im bad lol
Beamer99, you don't know what you are asking for. If you do go ahead, get a friend to help and use a disposable bag, clean up is difficult. Have everything ready and take the enema in the knee-chest position; let your friend give it as fast as it will flow or use some pressure to push it along. Stay in the knee-chest position as long as you can hold the enema.Once the enema is in the fun begins. You can struggle all you want, you will not retain this enema for 15 minutes! Be near the toilet, you will not have time to delay!
Has anyone tried the old famous M&M Enema lately? What mixture did you use and did the cramping and effect of the enema continue long after taking it? Did it clean you out better then a plain simple soapsuds enema?
Tried my first today. The volume was small, only about a quart, and I was able to hold it for quite awhile without to much trouble. After about 30 minutes the cramping was intense and I finally gave in to the toilet and wow! I was there forever and it just kept coming! A truly amazing clean out.
The best M&M enema is 16 oz milk 16 oz Molasses warmed up not hot take fast then refill bag with 2qt warm water It will push the M&M up very high into you. Very pain full bad cramping. Have fun!
It is my understanding that blackstrap molasses has less sugar than other varieties. Given that, I wonder why it's recommended for enemas if it's the sugar that the bacteria feed on. As a result I would expect less gas and cramping. Anyone know why? Is blackstrap more cramping for some other reason?
I had a fun experience with this yesterday. Warmed 1 cup milk and 1 cup molasses. I added probiotics as was discussed in Susie's MYM thread. I had a fair amount of gas and pressure which made my orgasm while expelling very forceful and a nice semen volume. However, I feel that the pressure build up could be much greater. I probably could have let the mixture stand longer after warming so that the bacteria would have more of a head start eating. It's also possible that I didn't hold it long enough. Once the pressure is in my rectum that becomes very difficult. May need to try with my plug retention nozzle or look seriously into a double bulb retention nozzle. What I really want is a nozzle to not only deliver the solution past the rectum and into the sigmoid, but also seal that third sphincter. The PSP from silicone nozzles delivers well into the sigmoid, but solution still seeps into the rectum too easily.
The m and m enema was designed to help get the bowel moving and get rid of distinction and gas in immobilized patients. At the time they were used no one ever considered absorption and how something like this would ace t blood sugar etc. I'm an RN and never saw anyone give or get one of these but it was discussed in fundamentals of nursing in when I was in college in 1970.
Hee, hee - had to laugh about a couple of comments. Water Woman and someone else said the theory about M&M enemas/toxins is, "a bunch of crap." I thought that's what we generally expect from an enema. Also, riffing on the idea of trying to stuff M&M candies up your butt, the idea of a Mounds Bar, Snickers Bar, etc. enema occurred to me. OK, I'll quit now before I get more ridiculous.
I had a fun experience with this yesterday. Warmed 1 cup milk and 1 cup molasses. I added probiotics as was discussed in Susie's MYM thread. . . .Try a quart each of milk, yogurt and molasses! That will give plenty of cramps and some pain.It will flush you out.
This discussion also reminded me of the first time that I heard about the "Mayo Enema." (As in Mayo Clinic) My first thought was, "mayonnaise enema?" "Would you like some mayo with that dear?" "Just a schmear, please."
Try a quart each of milk, yogurt and molasses! That will give plenty of cramps and some pain.It will flush you out.Definitely will try this since the first attempt was really great and more sounds better! 3 quarts might be too much without an initial enema first. I don't want to flush bacteria by doing that though. I may just have to time it right when I feel my colon is naturally as empty as it could be. I definitely want the most solution to aid in pressure build up.Also I am thinking that two quarts of kefir could be roughly equivalent to the one quart each of milk and yogurt.
I have used M&M 's on my sub as a punishment. When it's a punishment she must hold it for five minutes or more depending on the infraction with a retention nozzle. While holding it she also get at least ten with the paddle. The expulsion is away forceful and loud. A great attitude adjustment
I'm keen to give M&M a go but am a little time limited at the moment. Can anyone who has done this before let me know how long after you have taken it you need to recover? I don't want to take it one evening and still be having issues the next day if I need to travel for work. How many days should I set aside for this one?!
Just set aside the one day generally...possibly 4 to 5 hours only, not much longer & yes you'll certainly get to know all about rolling cramps.. gas retention that's unavoidable....repeats trips to the porcelain palace...so don't plan on straying too far....(definitely the stand out in that you don't take chances & trust a fart - big mistake)...I'm assuming you are familiar with the procedure which for all intents n purposes is delivered rapidly. On a side note & if you have not done so already then avail yourself of the excellent information found amongst the forum contributors as well as heed the good advice offered.....Good luck & I wish you well !!
I am a newbie to this site. I have done only one M+M and that was a few days ago. I had a little over a pint of expired molasses, to used all of it and a little more than a pint of milk. I heated it to 105 degrees and then ran it in me. I held it for 20 minutes and then a blow out . I had it all over the bathroom by the time I could get on the toilet. It took about 4 dumps to feel empty. But about 6 hours later, I was just rolling large amounts of gas across back and forth across my transverse colon. I could feel my abdomen shifting with the rolls. A few hours later I was passing the gas. It was less than 12 hours so one full day would be enough. But I have read on the forum to use cold milk. I will try that next. Don't know how that will change the results I got the first time.
16 oz of molasses and 16 oz of hole milk warmed to 100 F is a large one to hold. I don't do this one often as it usually takes the entire day. Done in the morning the first expulsion will get the bulk of the enema out however for me I will spend the next several hours with periods of crapping my pants. Plenty of diapers and several showers I know I have been cleaned inside and out. I don't like sitting on the pot all day so I just diaper up with disposables and go about my business. The M&M is great for forcing accidents. As for punishment. It works even better to get a good paddling just after the M&M is injected. I have done 8 oz and 8 oz then got my ass paddled good. This will make the solution reach up higher. Something about reaching for the ankles and getting your but paddled that drives the solution in deeper. Once the paddling is over I am told if I mess my diaper I will get another. However I know it is useless. I can not hold the enema for long and I will crap my pants soon. And I know it will be shower then a wet paddling all over again.
Now that I think about it, I used skim milk. I am so used to buying skim milk I wasn't thinking. I suppose whole would be a better choice. I see an experinemt coming!!!!
I did a 2 qt m&m and it was bad soon as it was all in cramps were so bad I was buckled over never agen will I mess with the m&m
I've never found M&M enemas to be bad, but then, neither did I over-do the volume taken in (about 1 qt). They are intense, and the urge to expel comes on quickly. They also tend to be a bit messy, particularly if you're not real close to a commode when the urge to expel hits. They're enjoyable for a change every-once-in-a-while, but not recommended for the regular fairly frequent enema.
I am thrilled to find this group. Even though I have been enjoying enemas for years, I have learned so much in the last couple of days. I happen to have a free weekend and plan on spending it enjoying some of the new recipes I found. I was trying to decide on the milk and molasses or the 123 gush. For the most part I have only used filtered water and sea salt. Any suggestions.
I've done this before, just be sure to plan it out so you can stay near a toilet for 30 min or so afterwards. The position seems to play a large part in how well the enema goes. If you stay in a knee chest position with your rear as high up as possible it seems to be much more tolarable
I try this enema every so often and have found that with a couple of "rinses" I will have massive amounts of gas all day. Somewhat enjoyable given the rumbling and urges. Finally I can stop it with a rinse or just letting it subside on its own
I have had a lot of experience with the M & M enema. Follow the advice already given here and you'll be fine
When my wife had our first-born by Cesarean, she became good friends with one of her nurses. I was just back from a week-long sales trip, flying a Beech Debonair all over the Montana state. I was really constipated. The nurse was visiting when I got home. I asked her advice, in hopes that she would volunteer. Instead she mixed up a "molasses & milk" and had my wife give it to me. One in a lifetime was enough for me and I'm a "regular enema user...taker...etc." All I can say is it is a "damn breaker"!!!It is an experience. Once was enuff for me, tho.the boxcar
