My take on this is that the labels "straight"and "gay" are a drastic over-simplification.
Couple of cases in point from my own values. During hospitalization as a ten-year old, I received several Fleets from male nurses, with much resistance and little relief. I was then "initiated" by two middle-aged female nurses, who provided great relief by injecting a quart of mild soapsuds from the traditional metal "irrigating can", and who seemed to enjoy the process, although no overt sexual activity took place.
Since that time, I have always found a large, mild soapsuds enema to be a desirable prelude to a long, hot soak and a good night's rest, and upon those occasions when I indulge in a colonic, will only do so with a female therapist.
An example in the other direction:
I was raised in the 1960's when all-male swimming classes and groups at both YMCA's and some high schools and colleges were conducted in the nude. Having a minor spinal deformity since childhood, as mentioned above, I found this "locker room camaraderie" to be beneficial once the ages advanced enough to eliminate the "dumb-bullying" element common in Junior High. As I've mentioned in another thread, I take a very dim view of the "feminization" of the young American male by Politically Correct women out to deny their sons' sexuality.
But I have no desire whatsoever to engage in sex with a male of any age.
Sexual motivation is far too complex to define within a couple of "one size fits all" categories.
