Good Morning and Happy New Years!
Well, it was a pretty quiet evening. But I did ring in the new year with a 1-2-3 enema.
In nominal volumes that's:
1 gallon of soapy solution (lavender castile soap solution)
2 gallons of bicarbonate solution
3 gallons of plain water (rinse) to "run clear."
This morning's roadblock was hepatic flexure...none of my colon tubes, large diameter or small, could make that turn. So, realizing that, I reverted back to shorter tubes so that I could insert their retention balls into my rectum.
I began preparing the soapy solution in the afternoon by allowing my soap bar to soften in my measuring cup and then shake to mix. Once it got good and soapy, I pulled my soap bar out and I set that aside for later in the evening.
After midnight I put everything out that I would need. I did not do a quick pre-clean enema. Instead, I chose a 1-inch diameter tube to deliver the soapy solution as far in me as I could. I wasn't going to get around the hepatic flexure with this tube (54-inch) this evening, so I went with a shorter version (36-inch) so I could snap in the retaining ball. With a good amount of lube, I was able to get that tube around any matter in my colon (and there was a lot in there). Once it was fully inserted I started the flow.
It didn't take long before the soapy solution started to work it's magic and the muscle contractions started to get very strong such that even with the retaining ball and the keeper ring, I was beginning to leak.. Pulling the tube out opened the floodgates.
The two bags of a bicarbonate solution (with expulsion in between) were very relaxing. After about an hour and a half, I began a fill and flush cycle with plain water. The colon tube I was using traveled all the way up to the hepatic flexure but could not make the turn. So, I injected all the water from the top transverse colon and allowed the water to fill not only the ascending colon from the transverse colon side of the flexure, but allowed the water to flow back towards the sigmoid and the rectum. The warmth and the fullness of it was incredible. Although I would hold the water before expelling, it was more like a high colonic given the amount of water that I used.
Emptied of as much water as I could expel, I put up some of my toys and got into bed to sleep.
A good, clean way to start the new year.
