This anal area that I describe for sexual arousal has nothing to do with the 'G' spot which is in an entirely different area reachable via vagina. The area I describe by some is known as the anal G spot - ladies only sorry to say.

Technique: Once you have a well lubed gloved finger hooked around the anal sphincter pointing down all you need to do is move it back and forth about an inch or so massaging that area... once arousal starts you often feel that area swell slightly - this will often produce a nice O for the lady if you continue. There is a member of this forum that will remain nameless that had many anal orgasms using the technique described above. It is a real thing, though it seems not everyone can achieve as quickly or with the level of ease that some ladies are capable of. The adage of "different strokes for different folks" fits this and other kinks. Kinks do not do the same for everyone. Stimulation and arousal is specific to each individual. So the anal stimulation may not be there, present, for everyone.

Some women enjoy anal sex but most don’t. For them it’s just physically unpleasant and in the age of AIDS unprotected anal sex was an invitation to a life-threatening illness. A quick internet search came up with 25-36 percent women have tried or have anal intercourse regularly (2+ times per month). These appear to be based on surveys across age groups etc and I doubt they are rigorous studies, nonetheless a data point. I would assume more women have incorporated other butt play as well if not anal intercourse

If any of these “studies” are true, I’d bet “lots” of women partake and enjoy some form of butt play.
