Make your home smell just like it came home from working out! !

I'm certain the name itself is the whole sales gimmick/pitch. Not the scent. When you buy supposedly fruit or flower scented candles (or sprays or whatever) if you're being honest, they don't really smell like the real thing. They are just an approximation, often a pretty tame and off-the-mark approximation.

I'm gonna bet it's the same with these provocatively named candles. They are probably bought for the name, to show how enlightened and liberated you are. Just another marketing trick.

That said, if I saw any in a store and they weren't too outrageously expensive, I'd probably buy one to see what they are like.

Someone showed me one they'd bought as a joke. It smells nothing like mine or any real one I've ever had my nose in, and that's a decent sample size. If that smells anything like hers, it's because she overdouches and will shortly get a dangerous infection of the vaginal lining. But she's a dangerous huxter anyways. Doesn't she sell jade eggs to put up your vagina for... reasons? Which is also very bad for your vaginal chemistry, iirc. Most of her new products are in some way unscientific and probably in some regard unsafe.

Yeah, I don't get this product. Seems a lot like snake oil, or at least, that's assuming some people fall for this. She's got a bit of a track record to come up with these weird homeopathic tricks treats solutions and products.

Yeah, but we're not just talking about eau de sex in the sack, or wherever your chosen workspace is. I'm assuming a candle in that price range has a decent throw, so this is scenting your house. Is this what you want to smell when you're eating dinner? (No pun intended, if you're eating that for dinner, you don't need to smell the candle). I'm still hesitantly curious about the smell,

Apparently the candle is a “squirter”! 😄

There are plenty of products on the market that I feel fall into this category. I won't waste my money on them, but please go right ahead for yourself.

Dammmmmmmmmmmmmm, I think I wish I had thought of this. I think I would have had to do a lot of research and searching for just the right scent and try many before I found just the right one.

Problem two … he bought over priced marketing and got burned literally, however in all roll the dice marketing it’s factored in you will get sued multiple times and lose. So don’t lose, have an undisclosed settlement 5 minutes before a judge and jury are set to hear it

Many people and lawsuits end during preliminary hearings and such, companies count on that and string you along hoping you’ll tire, run out of money or evidence getting tossed or stuff like that.

So if you survive all those challenges they have a major problem and will settle, in most states court records can be searched as well as verdicts and judgements that can be later leveraged against you by future plaintiffs. Settling outside of court means there’s nothing, your going to have to defend in future suits is a popular tactic. So I doubt this will see a jury, probably an undisclosed sum a signed non disclosure agreement and done, but that won’t happen until people don’t even remember this candle.

As much as the candle itself is a joke (novelty) I think the lawsuit is as well. There is a printed warning on the candle that was not heeded. They may settle out of court just to be done with it, I agree with you it most likely will not be decided in court. Either dropped as frivolous, or settled.
