Dr. James came in after a few moments. He was a middle aged man, with dark slicked back hair. He came in so fast that Aaron felt the wind of the room around him. Dr James introduced himself to Aaron and said that he was thrilled to meet a new patient, especially a young patient.

“I am very thorough with new patients and I only see 1 new patient per day to give them the attention that they deserve. In subsequent visits, you can expect a lot more directed care towards certain issues. Men of your young age usually only come in for a quick follow up after their baseline visit. I do not want to hold you within suspense but I want to describe how the next couple of hours are going to go”

Aaron looked nervously at Dr James as he explains:

“I want to supervise a urine sample. To see go your penis urinates and your visit functions. I will watch you urinate inside the bathroom attached to this exam room.

I will start with a measurement of your head, chest span, biceps, triceps, legs and waist.

Then I will look at your ears, eyes, nose, and mouth. I will use a device that looks inside of them and I will also need to do a gag test with a gloves finger to be sure that your reflexes are working properly.

I will then have an EKG and electricity test to measure how your heart will respond to stimuli. You shouldn’t worry about that part.

I will do a breast exam because sometimes men can develop breast cancer and I will pinch very carefully your nipples to check for discharge and fluids.

I will then examine your abdomen. I will carefully explain the function of each organ and what I am feeling you inside you. It shouldn’t be painful but I do pay very close attention to your internal organs and move my hands around your body.

Next; I will conduct a genital exam. I know that’s not going to be your favorite part but it will need to be completed because your age range is at higher risk for testicular cancer. I will need to examine and evaluate your proteste. Checking for discharge and making sure it’s working healthy.

I will administer an enema to you as well. It might be uncomfortable but I will be gentle as possible and I will palpate your intestines while the water fills inside you. The next part is probably the most unpleasant and I will conduct an internal exam of your rectal walls. I will use a gloved hand and then will insert a scope to see inside your body. The device I use can be a little uncomfortable but it will blow air inside so I can see you more properly. This will also include a lower GI exam. I will make it as comfortable as possible for you and it will not be painful but only uncomfortable.”

Dr James said “We need to get a good baseline of your health. I am going to ask you to take off all of your clothing. Including underwear and socks.”

Aaron looked squeamish at the prospect of being completely naked in front of this man he just told so much about his health and sex life about. He knows that every part of him was about to be violated.

Dr James said “Do not worry. You are going to pass all the tests I am about to run. But I can’t give you a clean bill of health unless I see every part of your body. I will be back in a few moments to begin today’s tests.”

Aaron began removing his clothing one by one. Shirt, feeling his nipples tighten with the cold air. Pants, socks, undies.” He wasn’t instructed on where to sit so he sat down butt naked on the waiting chair he was initially sitting at, not on the exam table. When Dr. James came back in Aaron was so close to the door that he probably would’ve been seen by a passing patient or nurse in the hallway.
