Dr. James came in and said “Thank you for cooperation. I know it is uncomfortable to be completely naked but this will not last very long.”

He took out a large jar and said “Let’s go into the bathroom so I can supervise your urine sample”.

They both went into the bathroom which was attached to the large exam room. It was very clean and reeked of that doctor’s office smell. There was a large toilet, an enema on a stand, and some handles near the toilet. Dr James explained that supervising the urine sample was super important to see how the body functions and he says this will be easy but might be a little uncomfortable.

The door was open to the bathroom but Dr James put on his glasses and gave Aaron the cup to which the urine specimen would be voided.

Dr James instructed “i will watch you urinate and I will tell you to stop and start to feel your bladder”. Using the spinning chair from the exam room he sat about crotch length from Aaron. He asked “Can I please examine your penis before the sample is collected”

Aaron looked nervous as there was a huge mirror in the bathroom and said “That is fine”.

Dr James pulled open his urethra and took a quick look inside while commenting “healthy. No inflammation. Pleas start urinating”

Aaron pushed and pushed and urine came out into the cup then Dr. James started to feel his bladder and said “Stop” and Dr. James began feeling his penis and bladder together and soothed them and said “Start” and Aaron voided the rest of the cup.

Dr James took the cup and held it into the ceiling. He looked at the vitamins and said “Thank you Aaron. I usually will do my own patients lab work after their first exam. I will look forward to working on this lab sample and providing you with some follow up details.”

Dr James then took hold of the enema pole and said “this is usually a good time for me to administer an enema as I will be looking inside your body and intestines later in the exams. It also leads to accurate weight read. Can we do this now? I will leave you some privacy. I already watched you urinate and I want to assure you that I do not want to watch you poop”.

Aaron has already done his own enema as but not like this before. There was a bench inside the bathroom and dr James said “I want to administer an entire gallon. Just to make sure you are clean. Dr James began pushing down very hard and Aaron was feeling dizzy. Dr James said “you are halfway done…: deep breathes in and out in and out”. Aaron was read and Dr James took out his stethoscope and was listening to his heart “Just making sure you are okay heartbeat wise”.

The enema was almost complete and Dr James said “You are going to need to hold the solution for 10 minutes”. Aaron could cry. His insides hurt so much. He felt a big bulge in his belly from holding the solution. Aaron stood up and Dr James caught him from falling. He put his arm around his naked body and said “You’re okay. You’re okay. I need you to do some squats for me to make sure the solution is traveling inside your body.”

Aaron did some squats and each time he farted as some water spilled out of him. Dr James reassured him and then he took his heartbeat again. Aaron was nearly about to cry and Dr James said “Please lay down on the bench again so I can feel your insides.”

Aaron felt Dr. James hands move around his abdomen as the water felt like it was gilding. Dr James said “You may now void the solution inside the toilet. Please be careful and let me know should you feel dizzy. You can call out or ring the emergency button inside.

Aaron took a seat on the toilet and Dr James closes the door. Aaron didn’t even try to push out the water. As soon as his anus was above the toilet water he released for about 20 minutes. All the water, solution, coming right outside of him. He was relieved. The toilet flushed multiple times and he kept pushing out the water that Dr James made him hold inside him.

After several minutes he returned to the exam room, once again wearing nothing. This time he went inside and saw that Dr. James exam room had no overhead lights on but rather just the adjustable light above the exam table. He also saw that Dr. James had some lights on top of his glasses.

Dr James said “I hope you are all clean. Now we can get some measurements, height, weight and other metrics.”
