"You'll feel me touch you," Dr. Crowler said, as his purple gloved finger made contact with my inner thigh. "I'm just inspecting the outside."

His fingers touched my labia, gently spreading them apart. They moved up to the right and left of my clitoris, and I barely felt his fingers lifting it up. They moved back down, and moved farther inside to touch my inner labia. They moved down further, barely touching the sides of my anus.

"Hand me the speculum?" Dr. Crowler asked the nurse, and before I knew it, his fingers were back again, separating my labia, and I felt the hard plastic make contact with my skin, sticky and wet from my prior arousal.

"Just relax, push out like you're trying to poop," nurse Faye guided me. I turned my head to the right, so I could not see what was happening, and pushed, relaxing all of my pelvic muscles. Because I had never been penetrated before, it was very tight, and I winced with pain as Dr. Crowler tried to guide the speculum up into my tiny vaginal hole.

"You okay there?" Dr. Crowler asked.

"It hurts a litte," I responded.

Dr. Crowler said it seemed like it wasn't going in, so he removed it and asked nurse Faye to just hold the light against my genitals so that he could see better. He parted my labia again, this time with more force.

"I'm just going to try to insert a finger," he said, and he pushed his first digit into my hole, putting pressure against it as it was not big enough for him to enter easily. "That hurt?" he asked.

"It does," I said, "but you can keep trying."

"I'm not here to hurt you," he said, "but we should see what's going on." He got up, walked across the room, opened a drawer, and came back, all while nurse Faye was still holding the light against my genitals.

"Okay, I'm going to try this cotton swab," Dr. Crowler said, and I felt it gently tickle my labia on its way up to my hole. I felt a stinging pressure as he forced it through the hole, and another burning sensation as it passed through and went up my vaginal canal.

"There we go," Dr. Crowler said. As it kept going up, I felt a painful sensation and said that it hurt.

"That must be your cervix," Dr. Crowler said. I felt the stinging and burning again as he removed the cotton swab from the hole that it had just barely fit into.

"Well, looks like no pap smear for you today," Dr. Crowler said, "but I'd still like to get a feel for things. I can do that through your rectum."

"Okay," I said, as Dr. Crowler started to change his gloves.
