Just a regular physical, Leah thought to herself as she waited in the exam room. Before she could let her mind wander too far, she heard knocks at the door.

"Hi Leah, it's Dr. Crowler," the doctor said as he opened the door and let himself in.

"Hi," Leah replied.

"We'll go ahead and get started with your physical," Dr. Crowler said. "I just have some questions for you to start."

"Okay," Leah replied.

"When was your last period?"

"It just ended yesterday. Started on the 31st I think."

"Okay, and are you sexually active?"

"No," Leah said.

Dr. Crowler continued to ask Leah about whether she smoked or drank, which she didn't, and about her health history, which was clean as a whistle.

"Alright," Dr. Crowler said after his last question was answered. "Looks like there isn't much to worry about today, so we'll just do a quick physical." Dr. Crowler approached Leah, observing her slouched posture, and prepared to exam her eyes, ears nose and mouth.
