The doctor rolls the stool back from Meghan’s outstretched legs and stands up, removing the glove from his left hand and tossing it into the trash bin. He switches off the lamp and swings it away to the side. Meghan notices the nurse has applied a dollop of lubricant onto a small gauze pad, then holds the pad out to the doctor. He swirls the index and middle fingers of his gloved right hand onto the dollop of lube, then spreads it around his fingers with his thumb as he steps back between Meghan’s glossy beige, stocking covered, shapely legs. She just now notices the size of his fingers, they are long and fairly thick. She is dreading how much pressure and feeling of fullness she will have to endure seconds from now.....

The doctor tells Meghan to relax and take slow, deep breaths, she is going to feel him touch her now for the internal exam. She makes a conscious effort to relax her abdominal and vaginal muscles as the doctor first touches her before beginning to penetrate her with his well lubed index and middle fingers.

Meghan is staring at the ceiling, and as she feels the doctor’s fingers slide deeper and deeper into her, she feels more and more pressure build inside her. She raises her hips a little, making the table paper crinkle. The doctor does a 360 degree sweep of her vaginal walls, checking for any abnormalities. None are felt.

The doctor tells Meghan she might feel some more pressure as he checks her uterus and ovaries, then he gently wiggles her cervix back and forth, then front to back, asking her if she feels any pain or tenderness. She tells him no, just pressure. He then pushes her cervix up while placing his ungloved left hand on Meghan’s lower abdomen, right over her uterus. As he palpates her uterus, checking for the size, shape, consistency, mobility, and any abnormalities, Meghan tightly curls her nylon covered toes and tenses her shiny calves. The doctor is secretly admiring Meghan’s very shapely glossy legs, pancake flat, firm abdomen, perfectly shaped buttocks, beautiful bald vagina, firm curvy hips and small, trim waist. She has such a beautiful body and face, the picture of perfect health and youth. His ungloved left hand is really letting him feel just how buttery soft and smooth her lightly tanned and slightly shiny skin of her lower abdomen really is. Since he has seen and examined her entire body undressed at some point during her physical, he knows all of her skin is the same way.....

Satisfied Meghan’s uterus feels normal and healthy, he tells her that she might feel some more discomfort while he checks her ovaries. He moves his vaginal fingers to the left of her cervix while pressing down with his abdominal hand to the left of her uterus, then presses more firmly down while sweeping Meghan’s left ovary to his vaginal fingers.

Meghan winces as she squirms her hips a little, making the table paper crinkle, and tenses her glossy beige stocking clad thighs and calves. Her nylon covered toes have stayed curled tightly during the internal. The doctor asks if she has pain, and she answers no, but there is a lot of pressure and is quite uncomfortable. He says sorry he has to push down firmly, but the ovaries can be difficult to feel. Meghan feels his vaginal fingers shift to her right side, and the doctor shifts his abdominal hand to her right lower abdomen. He repeats the ovary palpation on her right ovary.

Meghan squirms her hips again as her shiny legs tense more. She tells the doctor it isn’t pain so much, but very uncomfortable. He says you have done well, you have managed to keep your abdominal muscles relaxed for this exam. With that he slowly removes his fingers from Meghan’s tight vagina, removes his glove and tosses it into the trash bin. Just as Meghan hopes she can now sit up, the doctor tells her that a rectal exam is next......
