The doctor and a nurse enter the exam room. After a brief exchange of introductions and greetings, the doctor goes over Meghan’s medical history and asks questions about her general health and any problems or questions. After Meghan tells the doctor that she has no problems or questions, he begins his examination of her.

The doctor explains that a brief neurological exam is first. He has Meghan stand and walk across the room, then back to in front of the exam table. Satisfied that Meghan’s gait is normal, he has her stand with her feet together, arms outstretched to her sides, parallel to the floor, and has her close her eyes and tilt her head back, checking for vertigo or balance issues. All good. Next he has her reach her arms above her head, to check for shoulder pain or range of motion problems. As she reaches up as high as she can, her white fitted blouse rides up her abdomen a few inches, exposing her flat, tight, well toned tummy, the waistband of her tight pencil skirt sitting low on her hips. The doctor admired his patient’s fit body, her hour glass figure having perfect proportions.

Next he has Meghan rotate her arms in circles, continuing his check of shoulder issues. Again there were none. Then he has Meghan stand with her feet shoulder width apart, hands on her hips, and has her squat down as far as she can. She does so with no knee, hip or back pain. Then she is instructed to remove her blouse, and set it on the chair with her blazer. After she does the doctor has her stand feet together, and has her bend forward at the waist, and try to touch her toes, and hold that position. She effortlessly touches her toes without bending her knees. The doctor runs his fingers down her spine, checking for any abnormalities. There were none.

Now Meghan is instructed to have a seat on the exam table. She sits up onto the table, making the table paper crinkle loudly as she does. She crosses her shiny beige nylon clad legs, and the doctor begins checking her eyes, ears, nose and throat, then palpates her neck to check her lymph nodes, then has her swallow a few times while he palpates her thyroid. All checks out normal.

Meghan feels strange sitting there wearing her skirt and bra. The doctor listens to her lungs, having her take deep breaths, then he listens to her heart, before telling her to remove her bra for a breast exam. Meghan reluctantly removes her bra and sets it on the table next to her, and the doctor listens to her heart one more time by placing the stethoscope under her left breast.....
