The doctor finishes listening to Meghan’s heart, and has her place her hands behind her head for the breast exam. He assesses the symmetry of her size 36C breasts and concludes to himself that they are perfect and well proportioned to her hourglass figure. He then thoroughly palpates each breast one at a time, including the lymph nodes of her underarm areas. He finishes by gently pressing against each nipple, also one at a time, to check for any discharge. There is none.

The doctor has Meghan lay back as he pulls out the leg extension. She uncrosses her shiny nylon covered legs and as she lies back, the table paper crinkles loudly. The doctor tells Meghan he is going to listen to her heart once more before continuing with the breast exam.

The doctor carefully ascultates her heart, finishing by placing the stethoscope under her left breast once more. Satisfied her heart sounds healthy and strong, he continues examining her breasts. He has her place her hands behind her head once more and repeats the exam, thoroughly palpating each breast. He tells Meghan all checks out normal, and tells her she can sit up to put her bra back on, then lie back again. She sits up with her legs still out straight on the extension and puts her bra on before lying back once again.

The doctor ascultates her abdomen, listening to her bowel sounds. Next is the abdominal exam. He first lightly, then firmly palpates her pancake flat, firm abdomen from her ribcage to the waistband of her tight red pencil skirt. He palpates her internal organs, including her spleen, liver, and kidneys, checking for any abnormalities or pain. All feels normal. He glances at her shiny nylon clad legs and thinks to himself shortly he will have her feet in the stirrups. He slips his hands under the waistband and feels down to her mons pubis, palpating her lower abdomen. He notes to himself how smooth she is on her mons, no pubic hair or stubble.....

The doctor tells Meghan she can sit up, and pushes in the table extension as she does. He tells her all checks out normal and healthy so far, now for the last part of your physical, a pelvic exam.......
