I wrote a long time ago stating that 40 yrs ago at the age of 20 i took a bare spanking in front of other male employees to keep a good paying job---- It was bare--it hurt and ther other guys watched two of us get it-----Others have written and either said it could not happen or did not happen ot that it would be cause for a law suit-------I am assuming the writers are younger------It did happen though I hated it-----It never occured to me to lose my job or to sue-----I do not think a younger person realizes how things have changed in 40 yrs---people are more aware of their personal rights---which is good. Depends on which side the attorney is planning to represent. They generally don't like to full-on lose.

For me I will choose spanking of course. If you like spanking it is the obvious choice.

But this won’t likely to happen as whoever wants to spank you will be charged with sexual abuse. I don’t think many people will take the risk.

It borders on censensual vs forced. Assuming that it was consensual and the choice was given for breaking a company rule, and i knew the details of the spanking, implement, how many, etc. I would agree to it as I would if given the choice between spanking vs detention.

I am being practical about once the spanking is over you can get back to work. If I am fire I have to pack my things and explain to my colleagues why I was fired and the embarrassment I will feel. When you go home and you have to explain your family. Finding new jobs is not easy nowadays.

Today's laws regarding sexual harassment in the workplace would not allow this scenario to happen in 2025. If today, a boss and an employee agreed and then went ahead with the spanking, and they were found out, both the spanker and the spankee would be fired. If the spanking were proposed in lieu of the firing, but the spanking did not take place, the employee would likely win a sexual harassment suit against the manager and the company that would more than compensate for the lost wages for being fired, if the employee's poor performance actually warranted being fired.

Now, of course, if the parties remove the contingency of being fired, and they simply have fun with a consensual spanking that is offsite and away from any affiliation with work, as two consenting adults having a little fun, they could get away with it. They could even role play a scenario with the poor-performing worker and the boss who offers the choice, but just not have it officially associated with their employment.

Having said all that, speaking for my husband who delights in being spanked and paddled by me: If this situation were presented to him 50 years ago when he was single, and if there were no fears of reprisal anywhere by anyone in anyway or any form, well, maybe even if their were a few, and if his boss happened to be a pretty, young lady, and especially if she were blonde with blue eyes, and if he had a major crush on her, then he would have misbehaved at work on a weekly, or, more likely, daily basis that would justify a weekly or, more likely, daily spanking from his babe of a boss.
