During the day I wear a Tena pad usually an extra or a super held in place with net fixing pants and then mu boxers over them and then my jeans.
When I go out I tend to wear boxers over my diaper, if I choose to wear underwear. at home, panties or nothing.
Generally, if it is a thin diaper, it is snug fitting plastic pants and then briefs to compress it down. If it is a good thick diaper, just briefs to keep it close and discrete as possible under normal clothes.
I wear just about anything over my diapers(sometimes nothing) of my diaper some times I put my boxers over my diapers to help with the crinkle and to make me feel infantile. Like I can't be trusted to wear my boxers anyone they are only used to cover my diapers now. I love to wear just about anything tight fitting over my diapers to.
I always wear plastic or rubber pants , or plastic or rubber bloomers . Then I dress in normal street clothes
I always wear plastic or rubber pants over my diapers and then wear my regular clothing. I like to wear crinkly plastic pants which gives me a little excitement as to whether people will notice the noise and will suspect that I am wearing diapers.
Well, it depends. Sometimes I wear panties ( I wish I had been born female but would not alter my anatomy and am trying to make the most of being anatomically male). However, lately, especially since I have began dating more guys instead of girls, I have been wearing "Whitey-Tightey" undies, like when I was a little boy. I need to get a size larger to fit over the (often doubled) diapers
It's it's always plastic pants. Usually pull-ups but I have some snap on's as wellThe thick ones can be noisy the PUL plastic pants are very quiet.
I wear a cloth diaper (adult sized!) so the natural cover is a pair of good plastic pants. They have to fit tightly at the legs to keep the diapers in and prevent leaks. The ones I buy are nice and roomy and cover the diapers nicely. Cloth diapers are a bit bulky so I have to have bigger pants to go over them - jeans or cargo or whatever. I usually buy a size or two larger than my waist size (34) so my diapers will fit in them. I don't think most people notice that I'm diapered, but I don't really care.
That's easy. First off I wear cloth diapers, so it is always a colorful pair of nursery print plastic pants usually followed by short shorts and a T shirt and I am off for the day. I live in Florida and need to be comfortable in the heat.
It depends on the diaper. If it's disposable, then I wear just that under my clothes, like babies do, instead of undies. If it's cloth, (preferred) then we need plastic pants, the clothes. I have also just worn diapers and nothing else, on several occasions, at home and elsewhere. This is the best feeling, but obviously not always possible.

Sometimes I stick the bottom of my t-shirt into the top of my plastic pants in the back to make them perfectly obvious, then walk around acting like I don't realize that they're showing. Wink wink.Once in a while if I'm really brave I'll take off the shorts and get out to mail a letter, buy a drink out of a machine or put gas in the car in just my t-shirt / diapers / plastic pants. In the winter, it's tight sweatpants which make the diapers perfectly obvious.
First comes a Tena Fix pant to hold everything snug, then my ordinary underwear to absorb any slight leaks, then Arizona PU pants and finally my trousers. I have never had a leak with this arrangement.R
Usually nothing. Very occasionally if I need my diapers extra quiet or contained I wear standard underwear; if I'm in a situation where I need my diaper still to be covered even if my pants come off, I wear boxer briefs or boxers.
Plastic pants. I was told they are really important to prevent an embarrassing leak, but they also help keep a snug fit and reduce noise.
