In a medical fantasy, would you rather be willing or forced to have an exam?

I love to be strapped down fully clothed then I have my clothes cut off me making me feeling vulnerable and than I have given a very intrusive exam, with people watching

I really don't need to be forced ,just the fact that I my be getting naked in a room with the doctor or that I will have the doctors hands on my naked body are enough for me.

I'd prefer forced, there's something about not having a choice that excites me.

Sort of a mixture my biggest fantasies involve trauma or orthopedics like being injured in an accident where in some ways afterwards an exam would be needed

Well I only do online examinations, but for that I prefer it to be strapped down to certain parts of the examination. I also like the doctor to be strict and just performing the examinations/treatments even if the patient is in slight discomfort.

As for my medical fantasy, I would include a bit of both. It could start off clinical then become forced. Including surgery and so much more. The fear of the unknown and letting the female doctor have her way with me.

I would like to be willing, but only because I have to have it. If I don't have it then I won't get a job, or might get sick, or I signed up for something that I didn't understand. I don't want to be physically forced, but I want to be compelled to do it against my will.

However, sometimes I do fantasize that it is a legitimate medical exam or procedure but of an obviously sexual nature, maybe a university study or a drug trial, and the people that are conducting it (hopefully there are several people involved, men and women) know that I signed up for knowing what was going to be done to me. They accept that I am a pervert and treat me accordingly. They know I am getting off on it and I know that they know, and that gets me even hornier.

I would rather be forced to have it done, strapped down to the exam table so there would be no choice but to let the doctor do as he pleases.

During my initial days on Zity I had said that I would not like to be forced for an exam. That still remains but now I feel I am fine with a strict doctor who can put me in embarrassing positions as part of the exam if he or she deem fit. Though I would not like torture of any kind during the play. I feel it will ruin my experience that I want to enjoy.

I'll remain willing and able to be examined by the good female doctor and her nurse. I'd even allow her to train some new nurses and new doctors under her care to train on me, anyway they want to.

But no restraints. That would kill the illusion of a realistic exam. Same goes for rubber suits, gas masks and anything else that crosses the line into bondage play. If that works for you, then great. But it isn't what fuels my fantasies.
