The view in the exam room.

My second girlfriend and I both knew about each other medical fetish so she invited me to her pelvic exam by her female GP when were 19. The view was pretty good as the room was small and since I was her chaperone there was no need for a nurse. After the doctor finished giving my girl her rectal exam, my girl knew I was doing my best to hide a raging erection, so when the doctor asked her if there was any other concerns she wanted her to look at since she was done. My girl then said that she was concerned about my foreskin looking to tight and hurting me while I was erect, this was a total lie but she wanted to see the look on my face when the doctor told me to exchange places with my girl on the table while she got dressed, so that she could exam my penis. I totally freaked and protested a bit saying that we had another appointment at that and didn't want to run late, but every pelvic exam that my second girlfriend had, she always invited me.

Unfortunately I have yet to go in the exam room with my GF. I am waiting for the day that she tells me to come in with her! I usually just wait in the waiting room. I think at this point she keeps me out to tease me.

I always get a good view of at least the breast exam, but most of the time the chair is always at the head of the bed so there is not a good view of the pelvic exam. However, the first one I ever went to with my girlfriend, the chair was in the perfect position, off on the side just past her feet. Better yet, the first thing the doctor did once her feet were in the stirrups was completely expose her by pulling the drape all the way back and laid it just above her stomach so there was nothing obstructing my view.

Comparing different exam room experiences it turns out about 60% of the time the chair is on the side of the table closer to the head. This always provides a good view of the breast exam and at least a good general view. I've only had a handful of situations where there was a seat ideally placed at the foot of the exam table. The remainder have been somewhere in between and depended on what type of gown and drape was being used as well as whether the doctor positioned to one side or another or directly in the middle. Could just be coincidence but I've noticed that in smaller rooms the chairs are more likely placed towards the head of the exam table. There is also usually some advantage with a larger room of being able to move the chair to a better position

If you are polite and quiet and stay out of the way, there is no reason for you to stay in the chair. The doctor my SO uses has a chair near the foot of the table so you get a very good view of the pelvic exam, but I have been known to both get up and move to the head of the table if part of the procedure is painful etc, or even get more in line behind the doctor, but far enough back to not be at all in the way. I have had doctors comment on how attentive to the SO I have been in fact. No one ever made a negative comment about my moving around. Truthfully they are concentrating on the job they are doing, and as long as you don't cause a fuss as my mother would say, I doubt they even notice you.

I always go with my wife and have some great pics of her last exam if I can figure out how to post them. I had a seat right behind the doc and was able to get pics with no problem.

I have accompanied my wife to her gynecologist exams a number of times. The chair is usually more to the side of the table than at the end. The placement allows for a very clear view of the breast exam but not much view of the pelvic exam. Basically, all I can see is the doctor's hand just before he inserts his fingers into her vagina.

Thanks for that Arvinda. Do you mean you are actually sitting by the side of your wife, in a chair, or that the chair has more of a view of her from side-on?

More of a view from the foot of the table, but off to the side.

My bf has always gone with me to all of my exams. At the real exams he stands beside me holding my hand, so the view isn't the best. He does look down and can see what all the dr is doing.

My wife's doctors office has one extra chair in the room and it has been positioned two different ways. About 6 feet to the away from the table, One time to the left side of her hips the next time, on the left side around the knee area.

I have been to almost all of her doctor's appointments, gynecological exams, childbirths and most of the surgeries. Love it, as I do no sit, but stand behind the doc, crowded & cornered, most of them with cel phone turned on "rec" ;-) They are kind to offer you a chair wayyyy offff, but I am kind enough to thank and pass the offer...

Went with my wife recently, and they had the chair set where I could pretty much see most of what was going on. It was a pretty pleasant surprise.

Last gyno she was completely covered by a curtain: I could watch nothing but the doctor.

I went last Friday with my wife and had a great seat down by the stirrups. I was not looking straight up the table, but almost. Fantastic view! I'm not sure the doctor really appreciated my presence, but I did not care...

I stand behind our doctor while she is examining my wife. I get a clear view of the procedure, and the doctor is very open to questions and feedback. She has told us that she wishes more couples would become acquainted with conjoint/couples exams. These are the only exam unique to gender.

I posted earlier on this, wife had her exam earlier last month, and chair was at an angle from the foot of the table/chair. i ended up standing for most of the exam, but did not get a very good view, Dr had a assistant in training with her. Her Doctor has never made any issue with me being there and seems to value any input or questions.

Usually I have been by the side of my girlfriend which sucks! But, my girlfriends new doctor has a few different rooms that a arranged differently. Her last appointment I got to be at the foot of the bed behind the doctor. I got to see everything which was super exciting and naughty lol.

My wife gyn on looked a her one time and said "He is kinda nosy, Isn't he" as I positioned myself over his shoulder....

Have been in 2 of my wifes exams. in thefirts one the chair was half way down th table, i was sitting there when the nurse pulled the curtain round and told my wife to remove every thing from th waist down. It was great to see her undressing, the second time the chair was to the side of the table but some distance away. as was wearing a long skirt, the nurse asked her to remove panties only and didnt draw the curtains. i was unable to see the speculum exam but did see the breast exam.

Well, when I was with my ex, I would sit off to the side & behind the dr. I was maybe 5-6 ft away with a clear view. My x was never draped.

When she was being artificially inseminated (2x), I watched over the dr's shoulder as he injected my semen.

My partner went to a painful saline ultrasound with me and the chair was by my head, but he stood and held my hand and stroked my hair the whole time. I didn’t like that the exam table faced the door though!

First one I went to I had a seat against the wall at the foot of the exam table. When it came to that portion I was asked to move to give them room (or maybe protecting her privacy?) and got moved to the head of the table and missed out on the view

The few times i have gone along for different things have all been different however most had the chair positioned next to the table either on the left or right side near the head area however there were 2 instances where i was on the opposite wall just off to one side of the table which provided the perfect viewing angle of exactly what was happening!
