I think you missed to read the user manual, it is not a vaccuum cleaner it is a suction device for clitoris. Have reloaded the battery ? Have you used some lube on and around the clitoris ?

The lube is a must, not only for a better "seal" but it helps to protect the clit and the skin and tissue.
