How many non-enema sharing partners know you are a member?

Not every spouse/partner shares or participates in enemas. How many members of this group have told their significant others they are members? It might even help to ignite the interest, is it dishonest not to share. The fact?

Early in our marriage I tried to get my wife interested in enemas as sexual foreplay. She gave it a good try but after maybe 8-10 tries decided to no longer participate. We agree to disagree. I like enemas, she does not. She knows I give myself enemas when she is out but is OK with that as long as I do not expect her to participate.

She does not know I am a member here and I have no reason to tell her. That would be like kicking a sleeping dog.

My wife has no interest in enemas. I have never told her of my interests and I have never told her of my membership here nor will I.

As has been documented on this board, my hubby knows of my use of enemas and how I have come to enjoy them. He participates occasionally by indulging my requests for a nice enema as a prelude to other "activities".

Insofar as him knowing I'm a member of this forum, he doesn't. Nor am I likely to tell him. It's a place where, as I say in my profile, "where like-minded adults can share in an activity that many people do not understand". Do I find it dishonest? Not in the least. Just as I belong to an online forum on designer shoes, I see no need to talk about that either.

My wife knows I do enemas and does not participate. She is not into enemas. She does appreciate that I do them before she does anal play on me so the playground is squeaky clean. There is really nothing positive that would come of it if I told her I was a member here.

I do not think it is dishonest not to share that one is a member of this community, particularly if one's spouse has confirmed his/her lack of interest in enemas.

It all depends on the type of relationship you are in together and what the assumed or agreed ground rules are.

Lost track. I used to feel like it was the most shameful secret. But now I pretty much don't care who knows. Everybody's got a "thing" that turns them on. So just own yours. Pretty much anyone I have a close enough relationship to discuss sex knows. And the response is always. "Oh, okay."

It is unfortunate that many of us still find it necessary to enjoy this simple pleasure and procedure under a cloak of secrecy. It has always been a difficult topic to discuss without some degree of anonymity. Absolute discretion is critical due to the lack of understanding or tolerance that is quite common in many circles.

I, like most, am thankful for the opportunity to discuss and enjoy one of our favorite pastimes with some like minded folks. Actually sharing with others more often, may be some pie in the sky pipedream. It was a great time to realize that we weren't alone in our kinky desires, and that there are others out there much like ourselves.

For now, keeping such things secret and discreet, seems to be wise. After all, aside from our occasional dalliances involving enemas, most of us still have professions, relationships, and reputations to consider and protect. Enjoying some shits and giggles now and then, may well enhance our ability to persevere in those trying and stressful times.

I cum from an era when enemas were believed to be healthy, and possessing some kind of "magical virtues", according to some of those old time physicians who recommended them. It's no wonder that our moms and grandmas were quick to subject us to such a procedure.

I suspect that the reason so many people view enema's as something disgusting and horrible is simply the result of historical conditioning, and as a result, if you actually enjoyed an enema, you were just downright weird. The word "enema" was a pejorative in the outside world when I was growing up. If the word "enema" was mentioned in movies, or even in casual conversation, it's context was "ewee...how awful", or, "If you don't behave, you're going to get an enema", because everyone knows we hate the thought of an enema. Hence, if you actually admitted that you might enjoy an enema, the natural reaction was that you simply weren't a normal person.......therefore, you just kept your mouth shut. Things haven't changed all that much today. I have discussed enema's with very few people over the years, and with those that I have, virtually none of them viewed enema's as something to be enjoyed, but rather an un-enjoyable clinical procedure. Coupled with that, is the fact that many people don't associate anything anal with sexual pleasure, and for the same reasons, even if they did, most won't admit it.

Back in the days of bulletin boards or, maybe, news groups, I discussed on-line communications, especially communications with other women, with my wife and she said that she did not have a problem with it, as long as it was anonymous and exclusively on-line. She knew when I once started a Yahoo! Group to discuss erotic subjects. I have not told her about Zity and probably will not do so. It's disappointing that the site makes no provisions for couples, one must register as male or female. My wife doesn't post here, she's just not wired that way. But, we have the common desire to make a connection or two.

Having a partner that enjoys enemas or who at least us willing to give them is a "must have" for me at this stage of my life. With several past long term relationships, I would casually bring up the subject, only to have my partner have no interest or think it was something totally gross. Klysterfk - zity doesn't have a couples option because it can be confusing which person (male or female) is writing a post. We want to be sure when one is using the term "she" - the member is female, if the term is "he" - the member is male. We have had members who registered as male or female and were the opposite sex. It gets confusing. To keep it simple, one account per person.

If you want to make a connection then it will have to be through your account. You can explain it more in your introduction on your profile that your wife is involved and how, but that she doesn't post herself (or how ever it is arranged between the two of you).

My first wife had me believing there was something wrong with me because I got turned on by anything anal.
