I had lots of them at school. part of it was done in actual exam rooms in the school health office, but part was done in a row of stations set up in the gym.

I also had several physical exams in school. They were really fitness tests and they would be done in a little tiny gym off the main gym that was used primarily as a storage room.

Like John and Jake below, I've also experienced this kind of exam at school where I was in a line with my classmates standing in my boxers waiting to go from station to station and seeing what was what was coming up next to happen to me. All the way through you got to see what procedures were happening, with the exception of the genital exams which took place behind a screen, but you could still hear what was going on.

I suppose it was behind a screen for modesty reasons but was pointless since a) earlier in the exam you had to give a urine sample in front of the doctor so everyone behind had seen you get your tackle out to pee and b) we'd all seen each in the showers dozens of times before.

For me a lot of the attraction is the environment but I've also thought about house calls.

I recently acquired my own exam table, complete with stirrups. It currently resides in my basement workshop. I cleaned up the workshop really well and placed the exam table in the center of the room. however it is still a workshop.

@DrFn I have an idea for you. You know those floor to ceiling curtains in a shared patients room or ER? You could install those around the room so when you pull the curtain all the way around the room, they hide the workbench/tools/shelves from view. You don't have to buy expensive curtains, just go to the fabric store and buy cheap cotton muslin fabric by the bolt. With your workshop, you can even build custom rails or use eye hooks in the ceiling. No one thinks twice about eye hooks in a workshop.

If MrsFn is in an industrial mood, just keep the curtains back.

@MedicalPlay: That would be out of the world. I recently went to Treesort (http://www.treehouses.com/joomla/index.php/treesort) and it was a great experience just staying there.

But having a gyno exam set up (with no curtains required) 30-50 feet up in the air would be exhilarating. One thing though - the treehouses do sway a little, with high winds and especially when a bunch of people move on the suspension bridges

Looks great for a weekend getaway to destress, but I was thinking of the Bart Simpson kind with pillows and blankets. Though yours have running water...we girls love our creature comforts.

Yes, I did. They did miss the solar system map and the Earth/world map !

I had a very realistic exam at a Gay Guesthouse in Key West last year. There are two cabanas around the pool that are usually reserved for massages. I met up with a "Doc" who offered to make a house call. We used the draped off massage cabana and were surrounded by about 100 men sunning by the pool. The public nature of the exam made it even more of a turn on!

@houtexusa19 Sounds exhilarating with the rush of the exam and the possibility of getting caught. Did the doc require a semen sample?

Typically I use my dental examination room at my clinic (which is also the basement of my house). Hotels work well too, if you have the right equipment. If the patient is willing to host, their room can work too. It’s all about making it feel realistic.
