Background: AB Universe was one of the very first suppliers of Adult-Baby themed diapers. The company had its ups & downs, and it developed a terrible reputation for several reasons, all of them irrelevant to this review.
The company was sold a couple years ago, and the new owners have turned it into a well-run business with a stellar reputation for service and quality.
Their flagship product is the "Premium" line. They found a way through the complications of producing a very unique product in very far-away places, and actually ending up with a deliverable, affordable product. The diaper is at the top of its class, ridiculously-thick and absorbent, tough outer liner with a bullet-proof landing strip, and high quality tapes that can be reused again & again. They first released it in the "Space" pattern, which has become the most tumblr-ed/instagram-ed AB diaper ever. "Little Paws" and "Simple" (plain white) soon followed.
The "Vintage" line are greatly-improved versions of the designs sold by the original AB Universe. They look like "real" old-school baby diapers, instead of being "adult" diapers with babyish print. Instead of two tapes per side, they have a single oversized tape on each side, like "real" baby diapers. These diapers fit and perform surprisingly well considering the single tape. Currently available are the two original designs "Cushies" & "Super Dry Kids", also the new scented "Lavender".
"Preschool" is a new line of lighter weight, cloth-backed diapers meant for more casual or discreet wear.
Finally, they have recently launched a line of onesies. Very well constructed and comfortable. They are cut a bit different than most onesies available, with plenty of room in the diaper area, so you can wear a nice & snug onesie, but still have plenty of room for a thick diaper underneath. The cut of the leg holes and excellent elastic there is unique too, making the onesie totally cover the diaper underneath, instead of being visible from the sides.
