Are you an erotic or realistic play doctor fan

Well, it asks if I am an erotic or realistic play doctor fan. I am a mix of both. Too realistic and it would be like work. Every time I have had a girlfriend here and she has looked in me and I have looked in her that was an erotic type thing. I have looked at friends that have asked me to because they think they may have a tear or rash or something and I never got turned on. If it is an erotic play I get turned on and wet.

I do have a fantasy of being examined by another woman who is very knowledgeable in exams. Where I am on the exam table and towards the end while I am still in the stirrups she starts licking me and gives me an enema.

I Would love to fill out a questionnaire in the beginning that delved into sexual preferences, fantasies, etc. start the exam being realistic with an erotic twist. Then pure erotica.

I am a play doc to one patient only, MrsFn. During our play exam sessions we like to start off clinical and realistic, but progress more to naughty and erotic. I do tend to mix these elements together when giving her a thorough exam.

One of the things that really makes it erotic for her, is that I get totally into character and become DrFn and not her hubby.

@DrFn at what state or point do your exams end?

Would start purely realistic but gradually become more erotic as we moved through all of our testing.

I start my exams on a more realistic note but by the time I'm finished I seem to have veered off course. I want my "patients" to start off thinking ..wow, this is like any real exam I've ever received...and by the time I'm finished with them I want them to be thinking...OMFG!!!! What just happened to me??? I going to be needing another appointment ASAP.

Realistic with a touch of erotic and age play would be the perfect scenario for me 😃

It really depends on the patient. I've done exams where what the woman wanted was an experience that culminated in as many orgasms as she could stand. I've done others where the exam itself was the fantasy, and those are also great.

I prefer realistic scenes, with a sprinkling of eroticism.

I don't care for on-line exams. I like real exams with a twist of erotism done in a realistic exam room. I have to have the actual human touch. The twist for me would be extended bi-manual exam, doctor pulling my panties down, doctor giving me an enema or suppository, use of knee supports, use of candy cane stirrups or etc.

I think both can have a wonderful purpose. Online can be a bit challenging in terms of feeling a relationship. It can be terribly one sided; I prefer the realistic exam online that allows me to react but not as a porn actress. Sometimes, it seems that the doctor is only interested in his orgasm. I haven't tried with a fem online person though that would be preferable. Haven't seen many who would engage in it. In person, the exam has a whole different vibe. Still, I think one has to be careful and feel okay about what is to take place.

I like realistic exam with spending more time to heart auscultation.

I enjoy providing a detailed realistic examination which if the motivation of my patient is to be stimulated will definitely result in sexual arousal. Knowing in advance my patient's needs and preferences will allow me to alter my exact procedure. I find the extreme excitement of another most erotic.

I am very realistic and clinical. I only play with female patients, and I am exceedingly thorough in listening to her lungs and heart, and if she likes, I can do a very thorough breast and abdominal exam.

I am guided by my patient's wants and needs. I very much enjoy giving exams, so my needs and wants are satisfied. What's the only thing left? My patient's enjoyment.

While in role at the very beginning I ask my patient's history and current health issues. I use that questioning to give me guidance as to how erotic they want the exam to be. My exams are always realistic and I will add any eroticism that the patient suggests during the questioning. I've had patients that were just there for a well patient exam. Conversely, I've had patients who claim to have difficulty in reaching an orgasm or who want to start having anal sex with their partner. These are the clues that let me know what my patient wants and I always want those conversations to be in role. The only thing I do out of role is to establish boundaries and a safe word. That includes their boundaries as well as mine.

I'm guessing that it goes without saying that I definitely prefer live exams to online. They are so much more personal and enjoyable.

Until I had a real doctor examine me during a play exam, I didn't realize how exhilarating real exams could be! I'm big on exploration of one's body, and so, for me, I enjoy the doctor telling me his findings, and simply listening to him intently. I would say it is the addition of the erotic element in a play exam, that heightens the underlying feelings of being completely vulnerable and at the doctor’s mercy. He's in control and I simply follow his direction and let him guide me to whatever position he needs me to be in so he can properly diagnose me.

The realism of the exam gives me an electric thrill, because if the setting and chemistry are right, and the synergy between doctor and patient is present, I enjoy the closeness of another knowing me intimately. It's so hard for me to say and properly convey what goes on inside me, but a good doctor is able to understand me fully during those intimate moments. He can know me fully by my breathing, my facial expressions, and my body's responses. It's altogether hot.

The play exam allows for the exam to go beyond the normal scope entailed in the real exam and allows for such things as the doctor lingering longer than he needs to, taking his time, and also allows for less modesty. As I've said before, Anthony and I enjoy exhibitionism and for me to be fully exposed in such a vulnerable and intimate setting is beyond exhilarating. Dealing with the stressors in our life, I can tell you that wholeheartedly, I look forward to these exams, provided the doctor knows what he's doing, and it feels safe and comfortable. 😉

Realistic play doctor exams often lead to erotic exams!

During roleplay it's not the sexual act that turns me on. It's more the medical part that turns me on. I'm not into the typical things 😉

As a play Dr., I find both aspects equally appealing. For me, the content of the exam is driven by the patients vision of what they want their experience to be like. Some want their exams to be a clinical well woman cancer screening only, while others want to play out a scenario that crosses ethical boundaries. I talk to each play patient beforehand to figure out what kind of experience they're looking for, and tailor the experience from there with further questions.

I mostly prefer realistic play, although I like flexibility and creativity with some of the procedures. But from a bedside manner perspective, I definitely like a more professional/clinical/realistic element to things.

I like to use the language of “clinically realistic exams that emphasize the kink aspects and personal preferences for the play patient”. I like exams that feel like you are going through a thorough clinical assessment, but also have the kink aspects well integrated or the patient’s personal requests met as feasible as possible.

I am not opposed though to a scenario where there is a more erotic flavor. For example, a fun scene could be a play patient that has never masturbated before, and the play doctor has to walk the patient through masturbation, including showing them on themselves. I think for me I need something that feels at least semi-clinical and medical to feel right.

It all depends on my patient/play partner. If she prefers some eroticism injected into the scenario, then I am more than happy to do that.

If she prefers a more realistic exam, then I will go along with that and just enjoy the ride, so to speak. I love exploring a woman's body and welcome the opportunity to do so whenever I get the chance.

If it doesn't entail any eroticism, I am more than likely to go over the exam later in my head and inject some purely for fantasy's sake.

I'd count myself as an erotic kind of play doctor fan. I haven't tried the realistic way yet. Might do, if I get the chance. 😃

As someone who definitely prefers being the patient, the scenario that was the most exciting to me was definitely not that realistic, but the playdoc was attempting to obtain a semen sample using a vibrating device. He was fully clothed, and "all business" - and that's the part that made it the most exciting. The CMNM power dynamic, the idea of being "on display", etc.

If the doctor wanted things to get more erotic afterwords (like he wanted to check my 'gag reflex', for example) then I would worry that would change the power dynamic.

@Vin 's comment really hit home with me. The more I think about my experiences in medical play, the more I think I wanted the trappings of something familiar and everyday as an excuse to explore forms of kink and BDSM play. I guess part of it is that I never felt at home in the leather community--and doc/patient role play both feels more accessible, and doesn't seem that different from other porn tropes as, say, the plumber or pizza delivery guy showing up and having that everyday scene turn into something sexual. Similarly, with this kind of play, I want the basic structure of a real exam that snowballs into kinky play, but forms of kink that fit within this construct. (For example, while I think it would be difficult to make an argument for flogging to be in a medical scene, you could more easily make a case for electro play needed to see how your body reacts to different stimuli at various intensities). And as I get older, I find I want more kink and that I'm more open to the idea of sex being part of a scene.

I would like a more realistic exam as it gives that vulnerable feeling of having to do whatever the doctor says and does to you. In a more erotic situation it just creates a different dynamic

I prefer a mix of both, especially if I am in the patient role. I enjoy a complete exam offered by an authoritarian doc, male or female, who is direct and establishes that control early on. Undressing is necessary but doesn't need to start out with being naked. It can occur over time but should start with me in my underpants. This can be achieved via the nurse who should get my vitals and include a rectal temp. This clearly establishes that the control belongs to the medical professionals. I must just do as told even if this creates embarrassment or shame. When it comes time for a genital exam, I should be lying on my back and required to remove my briefs. There is no delaying this inevitability despite my sense of modesty. Once naked, I continue to lay back and stare at the ceiling while my testicles and penis receive an examination. This may cause my penis to enlarge or even become erect. Next I shall be required to lay on my left side, right leg pulled up to my chest, and then feel the doctor lifting my butt cheek to fully expose my anus. A DRE is then quickly begun regardless oh how ready I am such that there is a gasp and grunt. His finger is removed leaving my opening glistening in KY lube. I am required to stand and receive a genital exam including an inguinal hernia check which isn't pleasant. I do my best but shake and squirm. He then proceeds to make me lean onto the table and spread my legs so that a final DRE can be completed. This time I raise up on my toes and gasp as he is probing me deeply and twisting his finger as he evaluates my prostate. My penis may react and leak some precum during this moment. As if to accentuate the moment, he fondles each testicle and has me cough while pressing his finger against my prostate. He removes his finger and I face him, blushing and breathing a bit faster only to learn that I must receive updated vaccinations. I react with alarm and quickly cover my genitals as the nurse enters carrying a tray. This can't be happening. My mind races but there is no rescue or mercy. She has me lean onto the table ignoring my slight erection and does her deed; one in each cheek causing me to moan and grimace. Whimpering is of little help. I ache as she pats my sore bottom telling me to dress.

If such an exam was done via role play, words matter as I am to be led thru this examination. What do you think?

Very much realistic. I’m not actually all that interested in the “sex” part of it. I really like the humiliation and embarrassment of letting someone see your most intricate parts.

I love the realistic aspect and don’t want it to simply become sex. Sex may follow, depending on my relationship with the person.

However for me, I like when the “doctor” maintains her facade but strays outside actual medical procedure… like examining my clit long enough for me to orgasm (but never acknowledging my orgasm), or spending a deliciously long time examining my breasts and especially my areolae, or taking my temperature more than once preceded by a lengthy lubrication of my bottom.

Basically I love when those very embarrassing, naughty, intimate portions of the exam are “highlighted” 😊 yet treated as necessary & procedural. All the while, her comments and instructions are calm, firm, professional.

I like realistic play exams.
