Well, it asks if I am an erotic or realistic play doctor fan. I am a mix of both. Too realistic and it would be like work. Every time I have had a girlfriend here and she has looked in me and I have looked in her that was an erotic type thing. I start my exams on a more realistic note but by the time I'm finished I seem to have veered off course. It really depends on the patient. I've done exams where what the woman wanted was an experience that culminated in as many orgasms as she could stand. I've done others where the exam itself was the fantasy, and those are also great.

I prefer realistic scenes, with a sprinkling of eroticism.

I don't care for on-line exams. I like real exams with a twist of erotism done in a realistic exam room. I have to have the actual human touch. The twist for me would be extended bi-manual exam, doctor pulling my panties down, doctor giving me an enema or suppository, use of knee supports, use of candy cane stirrups or etc.

I think both can have a wonderful purpose. Online can be a bit challenging in terms of feeling a relationship. While in role at the very beginning I ask my patient's history and current health issues. I use that questioning to give me guidance as to how erotic they want the exam to be. My exams are always realistic and I will add any eroticism that the patient suggests during the questioning. I've had patients that were just there for a well patient exam. Conversely, I've had patients who claim to have difficulty in reaching an orgasm or who want to start having anal sex with their partner. These are the clues that let me know what my patient wants and I always want those conversations to be in role. The only thing I do out of role is to establish boundaries and a safe word. That includes their boundaries as well as mine.

I'm guessing that it goes without saying that I definitely prefer live exams to online. They are so much more personal and enjoyable.

Until I had a real doctor examine me during a play exam, I didn't realize how exhilarating real exams could be! I'm big on exploration of one's body, and so, for me, I enjoy the doctor telling me his findings, and simply listening to him intently. I would say it is the addition of the erotic element in a play exam, that heightens the underlying feelings of being completely vulnerable and at the doctor’s mercy. He's in control and I simply follow his direction and let him guide me to whatever position he needs me to be in so he can properly diagnose me.

The realism of the exam gives me an electric thrill, because if the setting and chemistry are right, and the synergy between doctor and patient is present, I enjoy the closeness of another knowing me intimately. The play exam allows for the exam to go beyond the normal scope entailed in the real exam and allows for such things as the doctor lingering longer than he needs to, taking his time, and also allows for less modesty. As a play Dr., I find both aspects equally appealing. For me, the content of the exam is driven by the patients vision of what they want their experience to be like. Some want their exams to be a clinical well woman cancer screening only, while others want to play out a scenario that crosses ethical boundaries. I talk to each play patient beforehand to figure out what kind of experience they're looking for, and tailor the experience from there with further questions.

I mostly prefer realistic play, although I like flexibility and creativity with some of the procedures. But from a bedside manner perspective, I definitely like a more professional/clinical/realistic element to things.
