In the PET supply aisle you will find numerous dog chew toys made of rubber or silicone etc. Many look like "sex toys". Just put a condom over the "toy" before using it.

If you're looking for nice dildo shaped object that is not actually sex toy then google - tubelaces . It's some sort of brand of shoelaces that is sold in a plastic tube that has the perfect diameter and is nicely rounded at the tip. I bought it in some sport shop and still happy with it.
