Wow. You must have some set of strong anal sphincters. I love that plug but the weight often makes it feel like it's about to fall out, a very interesting sensation. Get it in the softest silicone, 00-20 Extra Soft. It's so squishy soft that it can't cause discomfort. My 3-inch diameter plug in this silicone grade goes in as easily as a firm 2.5 inch plug for me, and then it pops back out inside me to fill my rectum and apply very pleasantly stimulating outward force in all directions from inside my rectum. The plug's flat bottom keeps it in until I want it to come out. The flat bottom looks like removal would hurt, but it feels comfortable in this softest of all silicones. This plug is EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!

I can almost always keep this plug inside me continuously for 48 hours if I follow a few simple steps. First, I do an enema series for a good colon clean out, (four 3-4 quart enemas and a long, thorough expulsion including waiting an hour for everything to come out.) Then I generously lube with olive oil my anus, all around my anus, and all over the plug. Water based lube can't go 48 hours without drying out. I pop in the plug, and I'm good to go.

The only barrier to 48 hour plugging now is gas. The bore hole of my plug solves that issue. I plug the bore hole with a 3-inch length of wooden dowel with a thumb tack in one end. If I feel bloated, crampy, or gassy, I can remove the dowel, release my gas, and replace the dowel. There's no need to unplug, fart, and replug.

As I sit here writing this in the wee hours of Monday, I'm in my 44th hour of being continuously plugged. It has not come out of me for a second. Far from my plug being uncomfortable, it is sexually stimulating right now as I sit here doing rhythmic contractions pulling my plug an inch deeper into me and letting it back out. I agree with Buttwoman's baggie precaution. Sometimes any plug, no matter how perfect, might be rejected by the mysterious workings of our bodies.

thanks for describing your routine with the 3 inch plug and the remark about the colonoscopy check. It puts my mind at ease since I was always hesitant about long term plugging with larger plugs because of the fear of pressure injuries that might occur when tissue is exposed to prolonged pressure, in this case the rectum lining and muscles being pressed by plug. I heard of other people that do long term plugging with larger toys, but noone had a colonoscopy to really make sure everything is fine back there. I had my stints of longer wearing larger plugs but always felt uneasy about it after, although never had any problems. I guess I can go from a few hours to longer periods without any hangups.

Digression: Did you know that a tunnel butt plug of the right size, (the biggest possible that can be forced into a sub's mouth), when secured with some skin adhesive from a medical supply website makes a very effective gag that can be fucked safely with no fear of the sub being able to bite? Back to extended anal plugging, I once went three straight weeks plugged 97% of the time. I did remove my plug every 2 or 3 days to give myself a good clean out series, 4 enemas with a gallon (4 liter) bag, but I put my plug back in immediately when I finished. (This requires a really good expulsion on the last enema.) I estimate that I was plugged all but 10 hours of those 504 hours.

I had no discomfort during the 3 weeks, other than some occasional burning, which I treated with Preparation H rubbed on my anus and around the stem of my plug without removing it. Afterward, my anus closed back up in a couple of hours and worked fine, just like before the 3-weeks started.

I want to see how many days of continuous, unbroken time I can stay plugged. This requires careful selection of foods to generate minimal gas and eating very little beyond a liquid diet.
