I mean sweet content go up the ractum. You may experience fart later,( not much smell).
I am not sure your 50/50 yogurt is good enough or still on the sweeter end. Make your own yogurt with local milk is another good option. Just buy supermarket yogurt as the starter culture. (READ the label and compare) sometime i add a bit of honey. (Pure honey, no honey blend)
I would not worrying frequency, your weekly seem ok, you can always adjust and see how your body respond to it.
If your 50/50 yogurt flow too slow, then reduce yogurt ratio, or add more water. Concentration is not the important key of the process, the purpose is more important.

Do not try coke or carbonated drink, colon doesn't like it.
Here is anothet thing you can try.
Bring blood to intestine (increase blood flow for healing)
A.
2 tea spoon of Cayenne pepper power to 1 qt of water.
B.
Ground chai seed to power. Add 2 -3 spoon grounded chai seed to 1 qt of hot water, (for sensation reason) mix it right away. Any chunky = not enough water. Injection strange required to load it up. Let the body take the super food. If you load only 1/4 or 1/2 qt up and spread it, you can walk out and not worrying going to toilet. Your column will do full absorption.
Full absorption quantity also apply to coffee enema. I don't think 15 minutes of holding, the body can absorbed up to 15% of my organic coffee, so I change for full absorption.
I personally perfer 1/4 qt size fluid, very easy to handle inside me.
