Anyone know anything about yogurt enemas?
Hi I used Safeway brand plain yogurt last nite Frist did 3qt salt and water then 1qt coffee then 8oz of yogurt 8oz of water mixed easy to hold very relaxing after will do agian good luck
ANY BRAND THAT SAYS "ACTIVE CULTURES"
That means it was pasteurized BEFORE the active lactobacillus was added.
Last night i tried Nancys Organic yogurt it ingredients organic skim milk ,organic nonfat milk power ,l.acidophilus ,s.thermophilus ,l.bulgaricus ,l. casef ,l.rhamnosus ,b. bifidum cultures *oz of yogurt 8oz of water easy to hold Held for about 5 hrs very relaxing seams to be good for last enema of the day hope this helps
I say, Danon plain no fat yogurt. I don't own a syringe so when I give it to my girl friend, I do water it down a bit. Not much, just a little. She get big time cramps if it is cold 😁
Is it safe to use yogurt? Because I've always wanted to try cold yogurt up the back passage, but feared that it wouldn't be safe. Risk of bacterial infections and whatnot...
I would imagine it would be just the opposite, as yogurt has the good bacteria.
I've heard about using yogurt in an enema. Have you ever done this? If so, what was your 'recipe'? How did you administer?
Thanks in advance! 😘
I just tried a yogurt enema. I was very excited about using something thicker than water. I mixed it to the appropriate
proportion, used my wide nozzle and tube, and away I went.
Well, I spent more time squeezing the bag than on feeling the yogurt sliding up into me. I thought I mixed it well enough in
my closed top bag but I think you have to mix it in another container to get a good flowable solution.... next time. :😃
You might try a large toomy syringe, say 100cc's or better, with an attached flex-nozzle or colon tube. Or, you can use Kifer which is similar to yogurt but more liquid than solid.
The Cave Man
I read that you should use homemade yogurt because store bought (even it is lists "good bacteria") is not adequate. Are there other sources of probiotics?
You are correct. Most store-bought yogurts contain a lot of refined sugar. That's how they get folks to eat it. We've been tricked into becoming addicted to sugar. Add the sugar to the colon, and if you have yeast growing, you just gave it a food source.
Homemade yogurts and Kifer are the best.
Great question, by the way.
I have used yogurt after a cleansing session. I used a cup of plain yogurt (make sure it is the kind with active cultures) added to a quart of warm water and well mixed with an immersion mixer or something similar to remove any lumps. It makes a somewhat thick but flowable mix. You need to have a clamp that can be removed from your hose or it will back up where the hose is indented by the clamp, and a fairly wide bore nozzle. For example, a douche nozzle will clog up quickly. Hold as long as it is comfortable, after you release, enough of the active (good) bacteria will remain behind to repopulate the colon.
Have you ever tried Kefir instead of yogurt? It saves a lot of trouble with all the mixing pf the milk & yogurt. It is administered via the colon tube of your choice and a toomy syringe. Insert colon tube, full length. Inject 20cc's or so. Withdraw approximately 1/4 of the colon tube and inject again. Repeat until colon tube has been completely withdrawn.
After a series of enemas i will fill a fleets enema bottle with a mixture of yogurt/water and insert it, then leave it in. seems that entire volume is easily absorbed, and it replenishes all of the flora that i have washed out. very soothing too.
I have to try this. How many parts yogurt to water did you use?
Hi I use one part yogurt to one part water very easy to hold Have held all night
Hello to all, I was just writing but I have a long experience of enema.
I used many times yogurt diluted type of natural sugar. A jar of 125 ml diluted in about 250 cc of warm water to about 40 ° C. I slowly introduced the liquid using a grant from 2 lt (for fall) and held for about 15 minutes. The effect is pleasant, but then you feel embarrassed for many hours. The intake of milk is assured. Hello
I have found that undiluted yogurt can be quite pleasureable when warmed and then admonistered with an 8oz bulb type enema syringe, The bulb needs to be the type that has a large opening when the nozzle is removed so that the yogurt can be spooned into the bulb.Faultless makes an 8oz enema bulb of the type mentioned.
I have a general question concerning yogurt enemas. I have had a bout of IBS with very loose bowel movements and am considering using yogurt to re-establish the good bacteria. I have heard that using yogurt enemas is more direct than oral ingestion. I have found a few recipes but they really don't give very much info. So, if anyone has used them, maybe they could answer my questions:
1. How much yogurt and water should be used?
2. How many and how often should it be done?
3. I assume these would be retention enemas. If so, how long should they be retained.
Any other experiences with them that you are willing to share will also be welcome.
The purpose of the yogurt enema is to repopulate the colon with good healthy bacteria.
For a very full feeling, take one quart of plain yogurt with active cultures and two quarts of milk. (I wanted a big distention enema for this. Three quarts is a lot for me.) Mix together then heat very slowly on a stove stirring continuously to ONLY 95-100 degrees. Over heating will kill the bacteria and you might as well have used water. The temperature will likely rise after you take the pot off the heat, so take it off before you get to 100 degrees. The purpose of the milk is to thin out the yogurt so it can flow through the tubing. You probably will have to use a slightly wider tube than normal and hang the bag much higher to get a decent flow rate. A good abdominal massage is probably helpful in getting the solution to stick to the colon walls.
I like to retain that with a double balloon rectal catheter for 15-30 minutes, but to get the effect of the yogurt, you don't even have to retain it for long. It only needs to go in, coat the colon walls for a few minutes and be expelled. It's like pouring whole milk into a glass. Whether you leave it in there for an hour or two seconds, when you pour it out of the glass, you see that the walls of the glass are coated. It is the same inside the colon. The retention of this enema is purely for the fun of it and to enjoy the pressure, fullnes and mild cramps if you really fill yourself up.
This solution WILL cause you several return trips to the toilet where you will expel clear mucusy secretions as well as as some water that was drawn into the colon. You will also have a good amount of gas after this one.
The frequency of this enema is up to you. If you get a good result from this enema after several days or a week, you might not need to do it often at all. If it initially helps, but the effects wane, do it again. Your experience will tell you how often YOU need to do it. Have fun and good luck.
Thanks, Susie. Can waterr be used in place of the milk? I would think that the milk is what causes the gas.
Filtered water works well. The chlorine in unfiltered tap water may kill the lactobacilli you want to inject.
Is it possible to hold this solution for a long time ?
Yogurt is a very nice smooth enema, , i like to clean out and then inject some then work a long dildo in deep...its a great implant session.
Greatest erottic sexual feel, yogurt fill it in a your bulb syringe then squirt out
Absolutely 1 of my favorite enema mixtures incredibly soothing
Everything that's in milk that can cause gas goes TRIPLE in yogurt.
Using water instead of milk won't reduce gas.
Just have to say, I think I found the right mixture. 1 quart of active culture yogurt, and 3/4 quart warm water...Mix well, dispense via colon tube. EXCELLENT for IBS sufferers. Hold it for whatever length of time, and expel. Just thought I'd share. Still nice and thick, but will flow slowly, but surely :-)
Has anyone ever injected warm yogurt up their bottom? If done utilizing an enema bag, you need larger bore tubing, to accommodate the thicker viscosity of the yogurt. Unless you use a forced one utilizing a bulb syringe or piston syringe. Very erotic! And the heat lingers longer than water.
