The purpose of the yogurt enema is to repopulate the colon with good healthy bacteria.
For a very full feeling, take one quart of plain yogurt with active cultures and two quarts of milk. (I wanted a big distention enema for this. Three quarts is a lot for me.) Mix together then heat very slowly on a stove stirring continuously to ONLY 95-100 degrees. Over heating will kill the bacteria and you might as well have used water. The temperature will likely rise after you take the pot off the heat, so take it off before you get to 100 degrees. The purpose of the milk is to thin out the yogurt so it can flow through the tubing. You probably will have to use a slightly wider tube than normal and hang the bag much higher to get a decent flow rate. A good abdominal massage is probably helpful in getting the solution to stick to the colon walls.
I like to retain that with a double balloon rectal catheter for 15-30 minutes, but to get the effect of the yogurt, you don't even have to retain it for long. It only needs to go in, coat the colon walls for a few minutes and be expelled. It's like pouring whole milk into a glass. Whether you leave it in there for an hour or two seconds, when you pour it out of the glass, you see that the walls of the glass are coated. It is the same inside the colon. The retention of this enema is purely for the fun of it and to enjoy the pressure, fullnes and mild cramps if you really fill yourself up.
This solution WILL cause you several return trips to the toilet where you will expel clear mucusy secretions as well as as some water that was drawn into the colon. You will also have a good amount of gas after this one.
The frequency of this enema is up to you. If you get a good result from this enema after several days or a week, you might not need to do it often at all. If it initially helps, but the effects wane, do it again. Your experience will tell you how often YOU need to do it. Have fun and good luck.
