For a very complete clean out, I start with some laxatives.
I have used Ducolax tablets, but the generic brand. I used to use 4 tablets and
take them with some Gatoraid. In the Gatoraide I would add two tablespoons of
Epsom Salts. That got the process going quickly. Now I use 8 tablets and the same
Gatoraide mix. That gets everything going and starts the flush.
After about an hour, I usually drink more Gatoraide, I put some ClearLax in it, if I drink a quart
I use 2/3rds of a cup of Clear Lax. If I use 20 oz Gatoraide I use 1/3 of a cup.
I find that after I drink the quart and then the 20oz, of Gatoraide, I am usually pretty clear.
Then I start my enemas. Sometimes I use Epsom salt in the water, other times I use baking soda.
I drink Gatoraide while I am doing this so that I don't lose all the electrolites in my body.
I have used a cup of Epsom Salt to a gallon, then 1/2 a cup to the next gallon of water.
Then I switch to baking soda. Usually 1/4 to1/3 rd of a cup to a gallon.
This works for me quite well. I have used soap to start with, J&J Body wash, Dr,.B's pepperment soap,
on rare occasions Ivory, sometimes liquid Ivory, other times Bar Ivory.
I really like a total clean out each time. I don't always start with laxatives, but when I do, that is what I do.
I have to plan on using them and having lots of time to enjoy all of it.
