Nervous before exam?

It's not unusual yet they will most likely discover your nervousness especially when your blood pressure is taken. But they are fully aware of this, a lot of people suffer the "White Coat Syndrome," while this is not unusual and getting wood during an exam is not unusual and it doesn't throw them they know it's an autonomic response, I have a female physician and I have never became hard since I know it's an exam there's nothing to be embarrassed about. The only time I got nervous was last year when a local news agency did a story on the Hypertension Center. My pressure was taken using a electronic stethoscope so viewers at home could hear the artery sounds. My systolic pressure began pounding at 244 and my diastolic was 200.
