If you are telling us the truth, which I assume you are, you must not have the time to do anything else. And can't 1460 enemas a year completely destroy your ability to pass your poop without enemas? I am not being judgemental, just concerned. Anyone else think AZ takes too many cleanouts?
Thank you for the concern, RW. Seen from the outside I suppose my habits seem excessive. My daily little cleanouts don't take that much time; in fact that was kinda the point of the posting. With practice a person can learn to give themselves a quick enema, empty their colon, and clean up and go back to whatever they were doing in no more time than it would take to just go take a poop. The difference for me is the feeling of cleanliness.
Actually, I take way more than 1460 enemas a year. That number is just the sum of my hygiene cleanouts, and does not include my enema-play for fun, which I do a lot of. If I were using Dr Bronners or other irritating solutions that would certainly be a different concern, but I almost always use just plain tapwater, the same water I drink, clear and pure from our well. Remember too that these hygiene enemas are usually not large volume, but rather sequential little squirts as I work my way up and around my colon. I just can't see where running plain water in and out of my colon can possibly be more harmful than having a load of poop up there.
I have worried about becoming enema-dependent. I can only say I have been doing this routine for almost twenty years now, and I can still poop without assistance when I need to. I just feel "dirty" down there if I can't wash it out.
Hugs,
Diane
