Anne B,
I missed this thread and your post. If you are a freak, then so am I. Maybe freakier yet. I get a thrill from passing a huge object almost stuck inside me, but driven by the pressure of a large enema! Being a man, there is intense stimulation of my prostate, with the discharge of copious prostatic fluid very near to an ejaculation, and then the sudden relief of evacuation adds even more to the sensation.
In fact, I discovered that I can produce those feelings at will by packing my rectum and colon with artificial 'turds' in the form of either instant porridge (mixed so stiff it can be formed into balls and inserted by hand) or else psyllium husk. Psyllium husk is often sold as 'colon cleanse' to be taken a spoonful at a time mixed into a glass of water. But if you mix it one part husk to three parts water, it forms a stiff gel that can be pumped into the rectum. I have posted elsewhere on this site and on http://www.enemaloversguide.com/forum about my equipment, which is all home made (yeah, well, it would be, wouldn't it?). I'm Eleutheros on that site, too, by the way.
The BIG delight of psyllium husk is that it is non-irritating. It will stay inside you until it rots, and if you put enough in, you CAN'T get it out without an enema. Its consistency is such that it both coheres with itself and adheres to the bowel wall. If you put in, say, ten or fifteen one inch balls of it, they become a single lump within half an hour. Trying to push that out is interesting, but unproductive. It is real, induced constipation, which, if untreated, effectively stops elimination completely. Oh, you will try to shit; but very little will happen!
I can get over three pounds of the mixture up me now. So much goes in that it presses up under my ribs; and getting it out is quite a challenge! The resulting 'turd' often emerges in one humungous piece, many times the size of the largest natural turd.
For an interesting variation, I mix one part psyllium husk, one part glycerin into a smooth paste, and then add two parts water and stir briskly. When pumped into the rectum and colon, this is intensely irritating; but it is also quite hard to expel, though it can be done without an enema.
