Assuming your query is genuine, yes and no, enemas can help you lose weight.
In the short term, like a few hours, an effective enema, that goes up way high into you and pretty much empties your colon of all poo, takes a pound or two off your weight, but not more, unless you are very constipated, in which it might take 3 pounds of, but not more. Such an enema will also flatten your tummy an inch or two. But, as soon as you next eat and drink, the weight will come right back. BTW, 450ml of pee (roughly a full bladder) weighs about a pound too!
As to an enema being good exercise, I doubt it. Suppose you are given an enema that causes a lot of intense, widespread cramps, and retain it for a half hour or more. You may well sweat a lot and feel you got a good workout, but I doubt you'd burn as many calories as a brisk walk around the block. Having spent a lot of hours on a treadmill, I know it takes a LOT of exercise to burn off the calories in even a small cookie. Depressingly so, actually. The workout you'd get from even a very powerful enema is likely minimal.
Bottom line, if you want to lose weight, eat less.
