Well this is a straight forward question. And it deserved a straight from the shoulder, unequivocating response.
Well, er, it depends! 😁 😁 😁
For a good clean out, a 2-4 enema series of good old Ivory soap (added till the water is frothy with suds) mixed with very warm water, increasing the amount of solution (to at least 2 but usually not over 3 quarts)and bag height (well I aim for hanging the bag on the shower rod, with me kneeling on the floor bent over the the side of the tub, seldom gets there though). After this I feel invigorated and clean as a whistle!
For relaxation, a mild Ivory soap two quart, warm water, bag adjusted from two-three feet above the hips, me lying on the bed, perhaps moving to different positions in a lazy sort of way. Followed by a couple of salt water rinses given the same way. Oh yeah, a hot shower and nap time! :😃
Recreation. After a two quart Ivory soap enema to "clear the road", any number of 1-2 quart (usually a 3/4 full bag) of salt water, variable temps (from tap water cold, to very warm) in as many positions and nozzles as I can do and given as fast as possible. And yes, moving the nozzle in and out frequently too. After one of these sessions, I am ready for a nap! 😁 😁 😁
