Ok let's start from the beginning.
My mum used a solution of camomile tea and garlic in a 2 litres bag. I use that recipe still this days. But as I started to expand my experience with the holy ritual of the enema I tried few other things.
Epsom salt - 3 tsp in a one litres bag. 6 tsp in a two litres or 9 tsp in a three litres.
Camomile tea - 2 teabags or 2 tsp per litre with couple of garlic cloves.
Coffee - 1/2 tsp per litre (be carefull this hurts).
Marseille soap - about 1 minute in warm water will make the solution just right.
Solvz liquid soap (wool fabric soap with lanoline) - 3-4 drops per litre.
Now, having listed what I like and what I do, I don't recomend it. Specially if it's the first one o moreover if you do not know the person you are giving to or recieving from. In which case I'd always go for plain warm water. Nobody is allergic to plain water so the risk is very minimal. Once you know well your enemate then you can move on to more "enchanted lands".
However if I have to chose my favorite, it has to be the Epsom salt. Nothing can give me the sense of cleanse and freshness of that solution. In fact it is used for the very special occasion like birthdays, Xmas, new year's eve and new year's day, valentine's day etc. Plus every other time that I fancy it.
