I posted this info on a Yahoo enema group in 2010, and saw a repeat of it on this site also.
1. Warm water enema with mild soap, a tsp of baby shampoo.
2. Cool water enema, no soap, cool but not cold to the touch.
3. Cool water enema, no soap, cool but not cold to the touch.
4. 1.5 qt of 110 degree water with 1/4 cup of Green Palmolive dish detergent stirred in (yes I know this is not a good product to use, but infrequently, it never gave me any bad reaction).
Introduce the above enema quickly! Enema bag pretty high and you on your knees with butt in the air, and head on the floor. Stay close to the toilet. You might need to get there right away.
This enema always causes great cramps and a 15 minute, stay on the toilet reaction.
5. When you feel relieved, do a cool or warm water enema as a colon rinse.
You'll probably need to rest for a half hour or more after this 1 hour enema session.
