Here's a trick I learned in my hydraulics class in college(sounds like a few of you might already know about this!):
You'll need a regular closed top combination syringe that you can buy for about $10 at most any local pharmacy, a two or three quart saucepan from the kitchen, and a bar of white ivory soap.
1) Place the ivory soap in the saucepan and fill with very warm water (106 degrees). Slosh the soap around until the water turns milky - and enjoy the soapy aroma!
2) Set the sauce pan as high off the ground as possible - like on a dresser or high counter top. the sink counter top will work, but you'll get better results if the saucepan is higher.
3) Fill the closed end bag with more warm water until water overflows out of the top. This is most easily done in a bath tub.
4) Carefully screw the stopper with attached hose and douche nozzle tightly on to the bag.
5) Close the clamp and invert the bag over the tub; open the clamp to let out all the trapped air and close once water begins to flow.
6) Raise the bag to above the height of the sauce pan and fully immerse the end of the hose and nozzle into the soapy water.
7) Now the tricky part - release the clamp, allowing water to flow into the sauce pan; once the flow starts, lower the bag to below the height of the saucepan. Make sure the nozzle stays below the level of the water in the sauce pan.
😎 You will now notice that the flow is REVERSED, with the bag now sucking the water out of the sauce pan. As the vertical distance between the bag and the saucepan increases, more water will end up in the bag! You should be able to easily get 3-1/2 quarts or more into that 2 quart bag. Once the water stops being sucked into the bag. clamp the hose, hang the bag about 18 inches above the hips, and contemplate the thought of the contents of that huge bulging bag filling your bowels!
