Usually at the WALMART water station.Funny looks from other shoppers, but heck it is cheap and quick.
Well it depends on few things:1) If I give enema in clinic, then it might be from sink and then add soap for soapsuds enemas, or if oil enema for example, then heated would be poured into small container and using enema bulb/syringe filled. Clinic would have proper containers/sinks/ etc for enemas administrations.2)If I give enemas at home/receive at home, then again I might use bathroom sink or even kitchen sink, if solution is messy as in oil enema, so it would be reduced chance of any nasty spills.
I also like fill up the bag in front of the patient. Maybe in the kitchen with her/him waiting naked on the couch.
For the 3-qt bag, the bathtub! Why not? My knees are good! I now have a faucet that lets a 2-qt bag fit just under it.I normally use the 3-qt bag, and I still need to do that in the bathtub. I'm good with that!
When I prepare a soupy bag for my morning enema it is in the bathtub with the shower wand that way I end up with a bag overflowing with nice soap suds.
Ho hum, I use the sink in the master bathroom. The basin is shallow, so I'm able to fill the syringe only about half way when holding it under the faucet. From there I have a measuring cup, which I use to mix soap or other ingredients in the bag, I'll add as much more water as I need.
I fill mine up in the bathtub that is in the bathroom In my bedroom. I clean it after I’m done using the same faucet and then hang it on the shower wall over the tub to dry.
If it is my 1 gallon Klystra bag, I fill it in the bathtub. If it is my 2 quart open top or combination abd, i use the bathroom sink. It has a high spigot.
I fill a pitcher in the bathroom sink and mix in salt, soap, and baking soda. From there I pour it in the enema bag and hang on the IV Pole.
I use the faucet in the tub, hang the bag from the towel rack on the inside of the tub door, and lay down on my back in a tub of hot water as I fill up. At our other home, we don't have sliding doors on the tub so I hang the bag from the flexible hose for the hand held shower head. I lay down to take in those enemas, as well.
I usually fill my bag in the kitchen sink. Nice and deep and plenty of room to fill it without making a mess.
I do not really gives enemas to myself, but the woman/girl who is giving enemas to me usually uses bathroom sink or bath itself. I also seldom give enemas to other people so I also use same place to fill the bag.
My Olympic bag holds 5 quarts. That massive amount demands that I fill it in the tub. No sink in the house is big enough to totally fill that bad boy.
Plastic measuring cup that I fill in he bath room sink and sometimes in the kitchen sink and pour into the enema bag. It is one quart cup.
