More on "Debbie":
Many years ago, about 1970, I visited the Sherema Clinic in Los Angeles. New clients were given a tour the whole facility.
There was sort of a kitchen area with lots of cans, bags, colon tubes, nozzles and a sink, presumably used for mixing up enema solutions. This was prior to the widespread concern about STDs and all the equipment I remember was reusable.
Next, there was a dungeon... a very dark room with a leather covered horse and a big X-shaped cross, mounted to one wall. This room had a small adjoining bathroom with a toilet and sink, both black ceramic. This didn't really interest me, so I didn't inquire further, but I suspect the room was intended to give enemas to a client in bondage. Sherema offered a wide variety of play and the ladies were probably willing to go beyond to satisfy "special" requests. I know they offered sessions for a guy with two women.
Then, there were two enema rooms, bare and like a simple medical office with exam couch with an IV pole mounted to a corner of the couch and a half partition, shielding the couch from the toilet at the back of the room. there was a sink next to the toilet. These rooms were used for the enema sessions. The giver would prepare the enemas in the kitchen area and walk in, carrying the filled 4-quart Sherema bag, usually with a colon tube attached, to the client who was lying on the exam couch. The women were very skilled at getting the colon tubes fully into a client, and the full bag of soapy water was usually into someone within minutes. After a hurried toilet trip, the second large enema of plain water was given, while the woman helped with a "happy ending".
The women usually wore a filmy nightie, no bra and a bikini bottom, but did not mind if your hand went inside.
The final room was set up for colonics. It was pretty much like the two enema rooms, but had an old Dierker cplonic machine:

There was also a large red rubber colon tube, roughly 3/4" outside diameter and maybe 5 to 6 feet long. This machine is designed to fill and release with the tube in place, high up in the client. While I never experienced a session, I think the intent was to fill the client and have the "happy ending" with the tube in place. I imagine this was quite a trip. But is was nothing like a legit colon hydrotherapy session, and there was no pretense it was.
