I don't have a fetish for wearing any particular clothing. And I've never acted out any medfet scenes, so I'm not really sure what kind of exam or other scene I'd do. That said, if I were interested in some sort of medfet roleplay, I'd likely wear black slacks and a gray button up shirt (things I actually have). And over that, a white labcoat, ID, pens in he pocket, and a mask, because COVID. My own PCP wears colorful cloth masks, and I'm not sure if that's because the mask supply chain to hospitals is still problematic, or if he just prefers them. I'd likely just find an N-95 if I could, or just a blue earloop surgical mask. But again, I don't know the mask situation in hospitals IRL. If an IRL nurse/doctor wants to speak to that, I'm all ears.
I'd probably prefer to do a bedside exam, so the young woman I do the exam on would likely be wearing either a surgical gown and hospital slipper socks, or her own pajamas (again, I'm not familiar with normal hospital policy). If she is in her own pajamas, they will be either a frilly “Clara” nightgown (I like white with pink ribbon) and matching satin booties or hospital socks of a random color, or a one piece footed blanket sleeper with gripper dots on the soles of the feet.
In either case, the patient will also wear a mask. That mask will be a white ("lilac?") elastomeric half-mask respirator (Honeywell North RU 8500) with a thick, black strap harness to cradle the head and another thick black strap for the base of the neck, both adjustable with tabs. The respirator will be fitted with pink pancake filters, rated P100 (better than N95) and will be worn by the patient from the doctor's (my) arrival until he (I) departs.
