There are limits. Intense sensation, yes. Torture, no. The idea of stretching, of forced orgasm, of overstimulation... the good sort of pain appeals, but anal has to be part of it as well. When it comes to needles and injections it goes waaay beyond my comfort level.

I don't like particulary the word "torture" but I had found patients that like some pain, in fact many women have an atraction for some sort of pain. Using a bigger a more opened speculum or trying a trellat or a surgical Auvard may be a first idea for a introducing some pain, I had also in the past did some very fine calibre injection at vaginal walls ( not in the cervix ), using diabetic calibre syringes but I was under supervision of a gynecologist female friend, so don't do it lightly never! The mobilization of cervix with a is another possibility, but this practice requires complete sterile conditions and adequate training so should only be performed under the supervision of a health care professional that may teach you the safe way to do it. all this are practices are still inside gynecology, needle play isn't...

There can be and should be (in my opinion) discomfort to every play exam, but never to the point of torture in a run of the mill doc/patient interaction.

Is it possible to be objective about the difference between torture and pleasure? Surely it is subjective, personal to the woman concerned? One woman's pleasure is another's torture because we all experience 'pain' differently. For me, discomfort is the word I use to describe the feeling I need in order to experience full pleasure in an exam. Clamped and stretched labia, a pumped clitoris coupled with deep/wide penetration and a stretched vagina are all vital to me. But I don't want needles or to have my nipples painfully clamped. So I agree with 'Just the Doctor'.

I wouldn't go so far as "torture," but I would like to be restrained and opened very wide with labia clamps and a large speculum, with the doctor explaining as he does these things that it "might hurt just a bit" but it's necessary for him to examine me thoroughly.

I think an element of discomfort verging on torture is important in a play exam. The skill lies in taking the girl further than she thinks she can go, but not so far as to damage her physically or put her off the procedure in the future. Each examination should give her confidence as she realises her capabilities are improving. I'd never do anything which involved blood or needles or anything like that, and I'm not a fan of extreme stretching, but you can work wonders with a few clamps and instruments if you know what you're doing.
