When was your last enema?

My wife gave me a nice three quart enema this morning. Two big squirts of Dr bronner's peppermint and a 3 quart bag with a pink douche nozzle. The nozzle was from a SHY douche syringe purchased many years ago. My wife doesn't understand why I like my enemas but she never received enemas as a child.

Last Wednesday

Two days ago, I have been managing with mag oxide, but had to discontinue it after ski vacation in Idaho. It is hard to fine tune the dosage. I am constantly constipated from a maximum dose of Ozempic. I hadn't used an enema for over a month, but I got the opportunity and did a 1.5L of ivory soapy water. It was great it made me feel wonderful. I haven't restarted the mag oxide again and am kind of seeing if I can do without it for a while. My Dr. has not commented on the long term usage of mag oxide. Not much information on the internet. At my last appointment My Dr.s' Pa said lots of people take mag ox as a dietary supplement, I don't think she knew.

Yesterday afternoon. Took 1500 ml of warm tap water into which I had added the contents of a 9 ml castile soap packet. I used a disposable plastic enema bucket and held it for 10 minutes thanks to an inflated balloon catheter. Had brutal cramping during the retention during which my rectal muscles tried to involuntarily force out the inflated balloon. The results were a big success, though. I feel much better today.

Last night after a weekend of extreme farting. I mixed up about 14ml of Dr. Bronner's peppermint with two quarts of warm water. Lubricated the tip and myself with vaseline and got in the on the back position. The bag was only about 30 inches above me so flow was slow and it took a while for the bag to empty. Retaining was difficult and of short duration. Elimination was crampy but thorough. Only one 10 minute period between semicontinuous elimination and no return trips.

On Sunday night, I had some stomach discomfort and thought the remedy would be an enema - of course!

As a larger volume was anticipated, I mixed up a mild solution of Ivory soap and salt. Once the bag (1.75L) was filled and myself lubricated, I used a bulb syringe with the excess water and pumped that 8oz in first. Then taking the bag nonstop in the knee-chest, there seemed room for more volume. I mixed up more soapy water and filled the bag about half full. Taking the additional liquid took a bit longer than the first bag and I was feeling really full once the bag went flat. Perhaps I could have retained the large fill but it seemed a better choice to begin evacuation. That process seemed to take forever. No real cramping or discomfort but just a long series of pooping episodes until it was all out. Unlike enemas with more soap concentration, this mild solution just took it's good old time to be eliminated. Fortunately there were no return trips. I did try to hasten the process by using some glycerin suppositories but these were very old and had actually "decomposed" in that a yellowish liquid was at the bottom of the jar and the waxy pieces just fell apart. I will have to pitch these and get a new jar. They must have been over 20 years old!

Last night... 1 qt. followed by 2 qts. of Glycerine and Castille soap, with a bit of salt added. Then a 2 quart saline (1/2 tsp to 2 qts) rinse. Cleaned me out well enough to get a good Prostate massage in, afterwards.

Today..this morning actually around 8:30 AM EDT, 1 1/2 quarts of Medline Enema soap solution with a couple of pumps from the Softsoap dispenser to give it a little extra kick. And that it did...weeeee.... But it was long overdue and I might do another one tonight...

And round two was this evening, featuring the Petal 2 1/2 quart rubber bag, I found my knobby nozzle so that went on the bag, and it was filled with a strong mix of Johnson's Baby Shampoo and some Softsoap. Let's just say that there was a good 45 minutes of intensity afterwards and the old "exit" feels like I scrubbed out with a wire bottle brush...but you will have this.

I decided to do a quick one before bed tonight. 1 1/2 quarts of Ivory Soap mix with a little red food colouring for effect. T'was very much needed.

Friday night - a two quart mixture of hot water and 20ml Dr. Bronner's peppermint. The bag emptied in three minutes and I was able to hold it for five minutes. Expulsion was brisk to say the least. After 15 minutes, it was mostly out. I did wait an additional 20 minutes or so just to make sure but not much remained. No return visits either! At that soap concentration, the peppermint was felt during expulsion and also on the outside of my cheeks. I think that is the maximum concentration for me, a good balance between cramping, quick expulsion and a reasonable holding duration.

A few hours ago . Just a standard SSE followed by a rinse enema.

Yesterday. It was not supposed to happen until tonight but my sisters girlfriend was here and she wanted to do enemas so she could give to my sister when she got home.

Sitting on the toilet expelling right now. I am getting ready for a colonoscopy tomorrow and before I take the Suprep, a pre cleanout is being done. The current mixture was 2 tsp Dr Bronners peppermint and 2 tbls salt in 3 quarts of warm water. taken slowly in several positions and retained a bit. Well lubricated with A&D because this will be an ordeal. The first one is pretty comfortable considering the soap and volume. I will take a rinse using a saline solution before i take the first dose of Suprep

This is my third or fourth colonoscopy but the first with Suprep. The last prep used the Ducolax and split Miralax which was not bad at all. (preceded by two enemas though) and in spite of that, one segment of colon was not perfect. I am trying to get a perfect score this time.

Taking the strong laxative for prep is not a problem for me. Hopefully there won't be any nausea. I do miss the solid food on the prep day though.

Just about done expelling the rinse. Almost two full bags were taken slowly in Sims and on the back positions. Very full! The returns are just cloudy so probably a really good cleanout. Will start taking the Suprep in 45 minutes. Not quite finished on the toilet yet. I think that was the largest enema I ever took. Not interested in setting records, just want a thorough cleanout.

Well the rinse took a long time to finish. Now I mixed the Suprep with water and am drinking thru straw. Not too bad taste. Drank 8oz. short break to type this and finish the second cup. Then one quart of water by mouth (LOL).

I know this prep is a little off topic but it started with two large enemas. The SUPREP started working in less than one hour. I barely had the second 16oz glass of water down when I started pooping. Of course, there were not much if any solids by this time and really no difference between the last of the rinse and the start of the Sureprep. Expulsion was easy without cramping. Still going one hour + later. The A&D was reapplied a couple of times. No sore bum yet but not really hungry either. No nausea.

Ok On to round two. still pooping some from round 1 but no solids or brown color. Had some Jello and popsickles and polished off another Gatoraid so hydration seems good. One cup down and 1 to go. This one is not as cold as the first one. Cold is better! Still no soreness so the A&D is working.

Relative to the colonoscopy clean out, round two finished close to 2:00 am. Too late to sleep so showered and waited for wife to drive for 6:30 arrival at clinic. The rest was easy but even with the two large enemas and two doses of Suprep there was still just a bit in the colon. It did not affect the colon exam but I had hoped for 100% clean. Well maybe next time!

I was able to hold it for 10 minutes with the help of an inflated balloon catheter. It was brutally uncomfortable but quite effective. The evacuation cramps were significant.

I went to the DC area over the weekend to see my dad. Of course, I did my hotel room enemas after riding the train to DC on Saturday (April 6) and then Sunday evening (April 7) before the solar eclipse (April 8th). I was well cleaned out for the long drive up to upper state NY on eclipse day and then the long slog back through all the traffic. I arrived back at 3 AM (April 9) only to get up at 6:30 to prepare for my train ride home. I slept on the train and when I got home on Tuesday night.

After a couple of days of road and rail food, I decided that I needed an enema or two yesterday. So, I did two. One in the late afternoon and one late last night. They weren't huge even though I used a large bag both times. Rather, they were slow and very effective enema at around 2 liters and held for about 20 minutes with an inflated nozzle in my ass. I stroked to very nice orgasms both times yesterday.

Last Saturday morning,l received multiple 4qt soapy enemas then 2 -4qt clear water my final enema was a very thick 4 qt plus yogurt mix , i held in for about 45 minutes with the help from our red inflatable plug nozzle,,,
