When was your last enema?

Last night. Wife was complaining about my stinky farts. She was correct and an enema was the immediate solution, at least for the time being. Still a bit slow with GLP1 despite daily MiraLax.

Used two quarts of very warm water mixed with Ivory bar soap taken in short bursts in Knee-chest. This lengthened the instillation duration. Retained for a good ten minutes before release. Took a while to empty out and a couple of return trips before bed.

I can identify with the comment made by Vicki V about not wanting to use the ladies room for a BM when you are out. Sometimes it might be a road trip with questionable cleanliness of gas station restrooms, or lines for the ladies room at the stadium, or portable toilets at a festival. Before I leave the house, a couple of bulbs of plain warm water held for a few minutes will easily empty the rectum allowing for several hours of not having to worry about finding a good place to go.

Last Friday but seems to have had a delayed fuse on it as Saturday out of nowhere a torent of liquid appeared. Good thing there was a toilet nearby.

Just about 10 minutes ago

Been looking at Zitty this morning and that got me in the mood. But I have a pretty busy day planned so I got my bag out, filled it from the shower head squirted some shampoo on nozzle and up my butt it wen t . Took it standing when done held it for a few minutes. Towling off a few squirts came out which I like. Sat down and released. But gonna have to take a bigger one later cause I feel like something is up there but won't come out.

This morning my wife gave me a 3 qt. ivory soap, 114F enema using a retention nozzle and me in knee /chest. Took 9 minutes to give me the enema, I retained for 3 more minutes then released it. After 30 minutes it seemed all out, but she waited 30 more minutes before starting a 4 qt. saltwater enema, 115F, using one of those double balloon urinary catheters from Aliexpress that I posted about before. 5 full bulb pumps to each balloon resulted in comfortable, but very snug feeling. All in in 10 minutes, no leaks, zero retention time, took about an hour for it to be all out. I felt great, what a great way to start the week!!

A few minutes ago. Two 3-liter ones. I still haven't wiped up the pre-cum.

Vicky V,

I have tried bulb enemas several times but I got poor results and a lot of cramps and definitely not a good release. Always ended up with the big red bag..lol

Hmm, this is interesting "not wanting to use the ladies room for a BM when you are out"... I hadn't thought of that as a reason to use an enema.

I'd suggest that any reason is a good reason. I've posted often about "pre-emptive enemas". There are times when toileting options or facilities are rather scarce or unavailable. Those toilets in a stadium or concert venue are often soiled pretty quickly. Outdoor venues with "port-a-potties" are disgusting if one needs a place to sit. Airplanes are another place where toileting is a challenge.

A quick enema before departing has afforded me a more enjoyable trip or activity. Bulb enemas are an option if a more thorough cleanse isn't convenient. In any case, taking care of business seems to make sense. Not all enema opportunities are intended for that "happy ending" that most of us enjoy. Often, it just seems to be the most practical way to get to where we want to be, whether physically or mentally.

I posted elsewhere about a member of our larger party stuck on the terlet as she tried to pass an uncooperative turd. She was about to make everyone else late for a scheduled event. One of the party, familiar with my common solution to the issue, suggested she consult with me through an intermediary. I provided a disposable enema set which I always carry in my luggage. She got a quick enema with assistance and we all made it to the event on time.

I was offered monetary renumeration for my suggestion and equipment. Those aware of the situation were pleased with the advice, and discussed some of their own experiences when younger. I certainly declined the couple of bucks for the enema bag, and was pleased that the others seemed to be more inclined to find a simple solution for such a common issue.

BTW, i also pack a refillable/portable Bidet Bottle, bulb syringe, and my own enema bag, which seems to be very helpful in cleanup after such an issue.
