I would like to hear other people's thoughts, whether you are a play patient or doctor, about having the same sex as a play partner. Do you like it? Don't like it? Haven't experienced it but would like to/not like to?

I wanted to share my experiences with it. Having had several male play doctors, I found that I really enjoy being in the patient role with a male play doctor. When I first discover med-fet, it definitely was more about having exams or experiences with females. I remember when I was 21 reluctantly agreeing to an exam with a male play doctor. I knew the patient role was what I wanted, and I had no luck finding female play partners. The experience was, at the time, nerve wracking; I remember being uncomfortable after the exam. I have only had male play docs but have no objection to a female so long as the exam is mostly realistic. As a play doc I don’t mind male or female patients. Either way it is an exam, not foreplay to sex.

As a gay male ... I only select male doctors to perform a play or real physical exam. During play exams, I expect a very realistic/clinical exam with the "doctor" always remaining fully clothed. No sex between the two participants; however, I certainly expect to be asked to provide a sperm sample.

As a male play doctor... I have only examined male patients and would like to keep it that way.

I have only ever played the patient once, with a regular patient of mine who wanted to try the other role. I enjoyed it... and would be open to playing patient again with a male doctor, but there are not terribly many in my area... so I have not had the chance to do so.

As someone who focuses more on the exam being realistic instead of a play exam I don’t really care about if the doctors the same sex as me. Growing up I mostly had male doctors so it never seems weird to me.
