Plan my enema session??

I really try to keep things simple. As for planning an enema session I like spontaneity the best. The only enema device that we have at the cottage is my enema can which means that my big decisions are 1) when to take an enema, 2) do I use plain water, baking soda, or Ivory soap, and will I have my husband's help. So much of the decision is one of personal desire and what mood that I happen to be in. I've never had an enema fail to give results, but there are times when afterward I have said to myself, "I should have done a . . . . . " No matter because there will be many more next times.

I am all for spontaneity @Emom - I usually wash and go when I feel like it. I just wanted to expand my options and draw upon the wealth of experience here - hence the ‘planning’.

Whoops.. woke up rather horny and treated myself today...

2.5ltr Aloe vera & psyllium husks (3tbsp ea.)

2.5ltr salt & bicarb (1.5tsp ea.)

1.5ltr salt & bicarb (1.5tsp ea.)

First one felt like a challenge.. quite slow progress (thicker than most), lots of mild cramps, changing position.

Felt really full filled me - felt quite swollen..

2nd run... it was in before I even noticed... like... straight in... wow.

Decided on a 3rd... currently sat typing with that inside me...

So yes… I feel like another experimental session and again, would really love to hear your input and suggestions on what I should try next. I’ll list out my previous trials below, so if think I am missing out on something- please let me know.

Again, this is primarily to expand my horizons. Salt and soda is my current enema of choice, I just happen to be keen on exploring new recipes and new sensations.

Past trials:

2ltr soapsud and aloe vera juice (2-4tbps ea)

2ltr coconut milk, aloe vera juice & chamomile tea (thanks @Howdyall )

1.5ltr cayenne pepper (too much! too hot lol)

1ltr 10% Glycerin (@switchablesusie)

2ltr J&J (3tbsp), sodium bicarb (1tsp) (thanks @isitfull)

1.5ltr Coffee (500ml)

1.5ltr salt & bicarb (1.5tsp ea.)

Have you been good? or naughty? What you feel like you deserve to experience will definitely affect the recipe I would recommend.

If you want to try something different from large volume enemas, you can try this recipe for small volume enemas that I received from another forum member. Fill a bulb or even an empty Fleet Enema bottle with a solution of warm water and salt. You can put 10 to 15 grams of table salt for every 100 ml of water, which is a 10% to 15% solution. It acts quickly and is very effective, so don't stay far from the toilet.

I have quite a nice list of pleasant/relaxing formula so I guess it’s time for some balance 😅

@Gio983 I guess I haven’t really tried much more than pure water in my bulb for a quick clean out… Is it just a bulb full and done or more? Thanks for the suggestion!

I don't see Milk and Molasses on your list, yet @Mads. If you've been naughty, that's probably in order. Equal parts milk and molasses, 1-1.5 pints. Hold for as long as possible and be prepared for the most complete evacuation of your life. Reading some of the experiences here on Zity, this is a tried and true one that many say needs to be experienced at least once, but many say only once. Make sure you've got plenty of time.

@Mads It is a pleasure! Yes, a full bulb is enough to have a good result. I don't know what size your bulb is, however the Fleet enema bottle contains around 130 ml and with this quantity it works well, if you want you can go up to 250 ml, but no more.

Definitely do the M&M, it's a rite of passage for anyone who is into enemas. I'd say if you are feeling adventurous, an enema with garlic or ginger juice in it. The best way to do this is to blend with water then strain.

Fresh is much better for the ginger, it's also nice with a few tea bags. I'd also always recommend doing the M&M last or on another day, because you will need a rinse and your schedule open for the rest of the day.

I've done ginger many times, no big deal. I don't know if fresh gives a better burn than older ginger .

How much ginger are you using @Enema_lovin and what are your prep steps?

I did also spot the ginger/cayenne pepper mix is the above thread… why oh why am I tempted to try pepper again after the last one 🤯

Mads just buy the largest ginger and peel it and make a string hole and shove it in you anal love cavity the you can try 2 more same thing. If the burning subsides then peel again insert as many as your cavity allows. You make it burn the whole colon to the anus. You're a tough woman do it

No you pick a good large one, you don't want to chop or grate it because the oil is what burns your anus, when it wears off skin it again get more fresh oil in there to keep the fire burning.

Well, I wasn't sure about recommending an enema without having tried it myself, so I used a free day today. Mixed up a 1 pint Milk and Molasses and administered it. Held it for 30 minutes, but only had a few cramps. Expelled with some results, but got more results from the two, 2 quart rinses I did an hour later. Still waiting for your report on this one, @Mads
