Anyone ever get a hardon while being examined?

I always got hard at the pediatrician and sometimes my doctor would comment on it but usually ignored it. This one time when I was 16 he was feeling my testes he found a lump and was worried so I ended up going back to get an ultrasound. I had to put my pants down to my ankles and lay down on a this chair that leaned down and put a piece of paper over my genitals. He lifted the paper exposing everything and used this water based lubricant on me. My pediatrician was always really thorough and i even tried to save the embarrassment by saying that i didn’t need it / didn’t care for it but he insisted. Anyways he used this device to roll over my testicles to see on the monitor and this went on for which felt like forever since after he did that he rolled the device onto my cock which made me very hard quickly and then onto my stomach.

I had an exam today and didn't get fully hard, but probably 75% there. I usually get some form of growth during the exam, but did so faster than usual today. If he had checked me for much longer, I would have been standing at full attention.
